We had the worst experience while on vacation with family. Was treated horrible by Luis when asking a question regarding the meal we received. I ordered the Texas size portion of the chicken fried steak, it was $2.00 more than the regular chicken fried steak. When my meal came, the chicken fried steak was the exact same size as the regular chicken fried steak that a party at my table had ordered. I asked the waitress about it and her response was that it was up to the cook. I said then let me speak to the cook because why was I paying more money for the same size chicken fried steak that was cheaper. She returned with a guy that helped her carry out food. Neither of them said anything about who he was. I had asked him if he was a manager and he said, "yes". I said, "okay, did she explain the situation to you"? He said, "yes". I said, Okay, can you please explain to me why you are charging $2.00 more for the Texas size chicken fried steak and it comes out the exact same size as the regular chicken fried steak"? He said, "no it's not the same size." I said, "yes it is". I'm trying to explain to him that maybe they gave us the wrong one. He then said, "well, then I'll charge him the $2.00." That was absurd! He kept arguing with me and the other parties at my table that were trying to explain to him that the chicken fried steaks were the exact same. I asked if he could take the $2.00 off and just charge me for the regular and he said no he would not do that and continued to argue with me that they were not the same size. I said, "all I was wanting was the $2.00 off since I didn't get what I had ordered and the way he was talking to me, he was about to take my meal off." He then said, "no I'm not doing that either." I said, "are you seriously going to argue with your customers and treat us like this"? He then came and stood behind me making me feel very uncomfortable and threatened while he continued to argue with me. I told him, "you need to walk away". It took me telling him 4 times to walk away before he would. I was so upset and uncomfortable by him that I walked outside and got in my car. I didn't get to enjoy my family nor did I get to eat. I sent a message asking the owner to contact me to discuss the situation and never heard from anyone.
