We see no indication of any damage done to neighbor's driveway that is lots down from the remodled house we worked on last winterMy foreman and I have looked at this driveway several times and have taken photos to show there is no damage to the dirt and crushed stone drivewayThe owner of
the house we worked on also sees no damage to the neighbor's drivewayThe complaining person also had workers doing construction on her house at the same time during the winterOur feeling is that this person might be looking for some free crushed stoneWe appreciate your efforts in clearing up this unnecessary complaintSincerely, John S

For the record my workers were only there full days and half daysThe first pictures show the damage, the fourth is how it should lookWe do not agree with Zeck builders responseIf they were on our property again with out permission, taking pictures, that would be trespassingWe have many pictures and videos showing pick up trucks parked in our parking area with the hatch downVarious men working for Zeck would walk back and forth to work out of their pick up trucksBoth my husband and I have had to have tires repaired due to a sheetrock nails in the tireWe have kept the nails for evidence as well as the receipts from the repair shop I also picked up many dropped sheetrock nails from where the pick up trucks were parked illegallyWe had NO sheetrock repair done at allThe neighbors that live on the road year round were also witness to the parking in my driveway as well as the driveway next to mine, which would be lots downOur neighbors are still waiting for their driveway and the road to be repaired correctlyKatie Kpromised in her text that she would have all damages repairedShe also promised that the builder would contact us to review the damageHe was given my phone # as well as email and he never contacted meWe emailed him, but he did not respondThis is unbelievably direspectful of both the homeowner and the builderI believe that they just simply dont want to spend another pennyI am not looking for free stoneIm looking for repair of the tire marks and replacement of the dispersed stoneWe have engaged an Attorney to formally handle this situationMy teenage children were very uncomfortable with unfamiliar trucks parked in our driveway and rude, unfriendly men working out of their trucks. My kids felt threatened by them and would not leave the houseAs you know at that age they share everything on ***, so they did! Many people have pictures and videos of all that went on, especially after my kids shared their story, becuase they felt so uncomfortable in their own home. My workers will testify of their tense and uncomfortable interactions with Zeck builders
