Zedas Pizza

Ordered from Zetas Pizza. Food was late due to a "computer error" 2 of the items where not completed to order and food was cold. Called the store and spoke to a manager on shift after store was closed. Manager told me that she would have the store owner call me the next day. I waited for a call and did not receive one. I called the store and spoke with another manager who said that she sees notes in the computer about the complaint and that money has been refunded. I told her there was another order that was messed up and was paided with cash. She informed me that the owner would call me back. When the owner called me back he was not very receptive to me complaining about his store. I informed him of the problems and said your money for the subs has been refuned (at this time no refund has been sent to my bank) I than told him there was another order paid in cash that I would like refunded as well. That the food was cold, crushed or not made the way it should have been. He then told me that if I wanted a refund on that order that the food would need to be returned. I was not informed of this by the previous mangers that I have spoken with. I said the food has been throw out due to it not being right. I informed him that we are not happy with the service and would most likely never order from there again. He than was rude and hung up on me with no other intentions of correcting the situation.Product_Or_Service: FoodOrder_Number: ** and **Desired SettlementBottom line, I want my money returned for the pizza and subs. Business Response The manager refunded the entire order because of one bad item. I talked with the customer and he told me that ALL the food was FINE except one sub. I then informed him that my manager was more than generous, because if only one item was wrong then she should have credited the $10 item,... not the whole $40 dollar order. The customer then wanted me to refund his friends order in cash, because he alleged one of his friends pizzas was not satisfactory. If That was the case, his friend should have called. The customer was not happy with my response, stated he would not be ordering again; to which I responded "Well in that case, thank you for your business" and ended the call. I was never rude or unprofessional. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Business owner was rude over the phone and I never received any refund for any part of my order. Final Business Response I have given back more than company policy allows. I have handled this in a professional manner. I will not be strong armed into paying a customer, who is less than factual, for food that wasn't even his. I paid him 100% refund for his order. They ate the food. I know this because he told me so. He also told me that aside from one sub, his personal order was fine. This has become a matter of principal for him. If he wants to really resolve this he should have called me back. **Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)As I had stated to the owner, there was only one part of my order that was right. That was French fries and onion rings. I had also stated to the owner that we throw al the food out because everything was wrong. It seems that this kind of service is acceptable for zetas pizza and it clearly shows that they won't do anything about it. He states that I recived 100% refund. I have not received any refund what do ever from zetas. I will be looking into taking this a step further as I am not happy with this out come.
