Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Regards, [redacted] Although part of the story is correct the dealership did in fact LIE about the Part as a former NISSAN dealership employee being a GSM for over years @ [redacted] I contacted another Nissan delaership so they could inquire as to the validity of claims that the part they first ordered did not fit as it was not a NISSAN part but aftermarket partWhat I found out was that NISSAN does not make any radiator and that every dealership gets the part from 1- [redacted] I confronted them after I was told this lie and found out the truthI also called 1- [redacted] myself and talked to the rep and coicidentally he was the same person that spoke to the dealership as he asked after I told him I was looking for availability for a Nissan quest He said" oh are you at Benson nissan In Spartenberg cause I told them earlier today that I could only get the part to them tommorrow as It wasnt available I guess the other part they got didnt fit!"When I went to talk to the Service director he was busy with another couple screaming and complaining in his officeIMy wife and I waited for min and as soon as he was done with the other customers he disappeared and no one could find him for another min at this point I went upto the New car building to talke to the GM but instead got the GSM after serveal min he returned to ADMIT they ordered the wrong part and that they would get me homw to my three kids whom left earlier in the day which I was thankful forNow as far as MrKeith T [redacted] recollection I walked over to the vehicle with the service writer and Mr T [redacted] pointed out that a SCREW was loose on the fender and that he would put it back ( ie he would screw it back in) when I got the vehicle It was broken not a screw loose but BROKEN/CRACKEDAs far as their estimate goes they took the estimate I got for CORRECTLY reapiring the damage and lowered it even though they did not look at the damage ? They told me to get an estimate to send and they would pay for the damage not that they would negotiate the damage according to thier viewsAs far as their offer to have it fixed at thier body shop first off I do not trust them to do the job correctlySecondly how is it feesable for me to Take a day off of work drive 2-hrs wait a day or two as if they are fixiing it correclty the paint would need to cure and then take on the cost of gas, hotel,food etc it does not make sense and is just a ploy to get out of paying for it at all.I have email from them which conflicts with the GM's letter and does not reflect GOOD FAITH or TRUTHFULLNESS on thier part one of such is belowTalked with Tech this morning Keith T [redacted] , he said you and him talked about the inner fender and he pointed out to you that the wrong screw was in the inner fender.He said you told him it had been that wayHe also point out the right chrome part of grille was broke from housingHe said he paid no attention to door.Is this how you recall conversation ? Thanks *** Again all I want is what is fair to have the vehicle repaired at my place of residence and at a shop of my choosing

The attached invoice just shows that the owner made the driver aware of a ding and fender well issue that the owner said was freshThe driver said he saw it when owner pointed out.We will stand by our original offer of as final offerPlease close this case

*** ***I am getting tired of the LIES and run around Again read the email that ray sent THERE WAS NO DAMAGE ZTO THE WHEEL WELL ONLY A LOOSE SCREWThier offer is rejected as it does not equal the cost of repairs that were caused by either the dealership directly or driver direclty or indicrectly eithways I want the full amount sent to my home address overnightne todayI undterstand that this will be an inconviniece for all involved but if the dealership will not take care of this then the driver and technician will have to make up the difference plus any further costs incurredthanks

I guess just have them mail me the check and ill have to pay for the rest myself

I’ve accepted their offer. Just waiting on the check.
