the company is already dIssolved.   We had no active merchant account since Jan 2016 to even charge a credit card. It seems that some one is fraudulently using our name or the person filing the complaint is not sure if it was our company or someone else. I called the person filling the complaint to call her credit card company to ask for a refund if she is not satisfied with what happened.   To resolve this matter and to actually know who charged the credit card we would need the details of the merchant services that charged the credit card.
