Review: On September [redacted] I purchased a "iPhone 4S Color Swap Do It Yourself Kit " and on September [redacted] I purchased a "iPhone 4S Gold Mid Frame Full Assembly" and upon receiving the package I noticed it was not what was advertised and all parts were missing. The product description states "..mid-frame assembly comes with everything except the digitizer, LCD and back plate. If you are experiencing multiple problems such as a problem with your camera, home button, charging port, volume buttons, power button, speaker or anything else and do not want to go through the hassle of changing the parts individually, you can replace the mid-frame and have everything back in working order." they indicate the following named parts as "Technical Details" which should've been included but were not all included:

-Full midframe assembly for iPhone 4S (was included)

-Comes with all flex cables (missing)

-Has Camera (missing)

-home button (Included)

-charge port (missing)

-volume buttons (included)

-power buttons (included)

-headphone jack (missing)

-speaker (all missing)

I emailed [redacted] on October [redacted] inquiring about a refund and they replied stating to return everything back along with my issues and wether I wanted an exchange or a refund. I returned both products via USPS and indicated I wanted a full refund. To this day they have not credited back my american express credit card nor have they replied with any status on my refund. Every time I call to inquire on my refund, I find myself waiting to talk to some one for over an hour and no one ever answers.Desired Settlement: I want the total amount of $178.96 originally charged to my american express credit card refunded/credited back.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Zeetron Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I received an email from Zeetron asking for me to call them regarding my return. When I spoke to a representative they told me they were having issues with the merchant and that it would take about thirty days for me to get my money charged back onto my credit card. I also spoke to a supervisor and he told me the same thing only adding for me to call my credit company and file a dispute.
