Good afternoon this is *** *** in ***.Last month I issued a complaint against City Lights Collectibles in San Diego California.Since then the problem has been resolved and the item tht I had ordered arrived more than weeks after I had ordered this.Im asking tht the complaint be closed

Hello I was incorrect with the amount of shipping charges paid to send the item backIt cost me $I will provide receipt if needed from post officeThis along with the cost of $99.95I would like a full refund along with shipping charges from City Lights Collectibles for damaged product,

I am done with this claim it is ridiculous!! If he called me that many times, why did I only receive message requesting my credit card? The fault lies with customer serviceDo they not record their employees? If they have the recording they will see that everything I said said in previous emails are correctI am disgusted that this " gentleman has basically called me a liarI have still not received the $it cost me to ship these items which I DID BECAUSE NOONE RESPONDED TO ME UNTIL I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE Revdex.com, after that particular man said he would call me RIGHT BACKThat was Thursday, the complaint filed a couple of days later after calling again on Friday being told that she could not help because she wasn't the one who spoke to me!! Richards statements are he only left ONE MESSAGE ON MY PHONE REQUESTING MY CREDIT CARD!! As for the other calls, I have no way to know since no message was leftThank you for my chance to respond to his responseEven though my response was made months ago

In regards to the response that I have received there are several falsehoods in his responseThe first falsehood is saying that I called UPS prior to calling City Lights which is wrongI called City Lights and spoke with a gentleman who instructed me to call UPSI called UPS and was told that they would not pick it up without a shipping labelI called the man back immediately and the gentleman told me that UPS was incorrect and it was probably a seasonal worker giving me that information and that he would call me back after straightening it out and discussing this issue with UPSI never received a call backI called the next day, Friday December 18th, and was told by the woman that she could not help me because she did not receive the original phone callI never heard back from them and sent them another e-mail requesting a responseI filed the complaint on December 14th, at no time did I ever "speak" to *** as he statedHe left me a voicemail late Tuesday night December 15th after I had gone to bedAt that point I had already put in the complaint to the Revdex.com and did not return his callHe proceeded to call my cellphone while I was at work about fifteen times the following day never leaving a messageThis is the first time I am seeing the e-mail sent by *** on December 15th that is in the attachment as I never received itAt no point did he ever tell me that I would not have to mail it backA second voicemail (left on my house phone) stated that he would need my credit card number in order to process the refund as they do not store themI am not sure why they would need my credit card information as I had paid through *** but I did e-mail my credit card information anyways hoping to speed up the refund processThe resolution that I am seeking is a reimbursement of the shipping cost of $along with the original cost which I believe has already been refunded through ***.

I have now seen the rebuttal for the first time. This comes down to who you choose to believeShe states she never spoke with me which is untrueShe states that she was never told we did not want it back which is untrue as I emphatically told her that in the conversation she claims we never hadShe states I called about times on one day where as you must know that we as a large Christmas store are madly busy at that time and theres no way that I could find time to do thatShe also claims to have never seen my email stating that we did not want it backI find that strange but cannot dispute itYes I did request her credit card number to refund her on the damaged item but only when trying to do that did our system show that she had paid through paypalThe credit was then processed through paypal Her credit card was not processed and the card information was shreddedThat she chose to send the item back was of her choosing and we cannot be liable for her doing so Yours faithfully, *** Young CFO City Lights*** *** **

This is a case of the consumer’s not listening or failing to comprehend what she was being told.She called and originally spoke with customer service and said she had received a damaged package, and had contacted UPS, who told her to call us and request a return labelThis was relayed to me and I called and spoke with Mrs*** and told her the damages occurred in transit as all items are checked pre-shipping and that we would not be sending a label as it was covered under our UPS insurance and we did not want it back and that she would be reimbursed once we received the UPS paperworkShe called again the next day to complain that she had not received a labelI again called and left a message that we did not want it back and no label would be sent.I enclose copies of her e-mail of 12/and my response on 12/
