This is a case of the consumer’s not listening or failing to comprehend what she was being told.She called and originally spoke with customer service and said she had received a damaged package, and had contacted UPS, who told her to call us and request a return labelThis was relayed to me and I called and spoke with Mrs [redacted] and told her the damages occurred in transit as all items are checked pre-shipping and that we would not be sending a label as it was covered under our UPS insurance and we did not want it back and that she would be reimbursed once we received the UPS paperworkShe called again the next day to complain that she had not received a labelI again called and left a message that we did not want it back and no label would be sent.I enclose copies of her e-mail of 12/and my response on 12/
