I would like Zeigler to re paint the hood , correct the issue . If not I would like to take and somewhere and have it corrected and Zeigler pay the bill.

was contacted and an estimate was written. [redacted] Insurance had used aftermarket parts in their estimate and we repaired the vehicle according to [redacted] Insurance procedures. Mr. [redacted] complained to [redacted] Insurance about the use of aftermarket parts on his repair and we were contacted by [redacted] Insurance to replace the aftermarket parts'with OEM parts. So again we repaired the vehicle, only this time with OEM parts.Vehicle repair was finished using OEM parts and Mr. [redacted] was called to pick up his vehicle. Mr. [redacted] arrived to get his vehicle and became upset. Mr. [redacted] started to verbally abuse my Repair Shop Manager at a noise level loud enough to be heard by my Service Department staff who are located 100 yards away in another building. Mr. [redacted]'s choice of language was unacceptable for any sailor on a ship full of drunks, let alone at a business located in a public setting. For this action, I am forbidding Mr. [redacted] from ever doing business at Zeigler Chevrolet, Inc. again, and furthermore, I am requesting a personal apology from Mr. [redacted] to my Repair Shop Manager.After Mr. [redacted].calmed down, we agreed to align a few points at the front bumper location. We aligned the front bumper "gaps" and took another look at the painted hood. I personally looked at the hood and deemed it perfect. We called Mr. [redacted]'s [redacted] Insurance representative and requested he stop at our location to review our repair of Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle. The [redacted] representative agreed with our findings that Mr. [redacted]s repair and paint work was perfect and reflects the professional quality of workmanship that we are known for.I personally spoke to Mr. [redacted]'s wife and explained to her what we did to try and make Mr. [redacted] happy. I also explained that I, and the [redacted] representative, viewed the paint work on their vehicle and deemed the work as a perfect match. I then thanked Mr. [redacted]'s wife and told her the vehicle is ready for pick up.In conclusion, I again would like to reflect my opinion as owner of Zeigler Chevrolet, Inc. I would be happy to personally have the opportunity to request that Mr. [redacted] never do business at Zeigler Chevrolet, Inc. again, and as long as I am owner of Zeigler Chevrolet, Inc., I will personally see that Mr. [redacted] will never be allowed to do business with my company again. Mr. [redacted]'s actions go above and beyond what a customer should be allowed to do at a public place of business. Zeigler Chevrolet, Inc. will not pay one penny towards Mr. [redacted]'s repair or inconvenience. Mr. [redacted]'s dispute is with his Insurance Company and not Zeigler Chevrolet, Inc.Thank You,[redacted]

Review: My wife hit a deer with her car , we called [redacted] insurance company and the adjuster came out . We sent the car to Zeigler Chevrolet , it is where she originally bought the car . After completing the repair we were told to pick it up . We discovered they used aftermarket parts . Grill , hood , bumber assembly , The parts did not fit correctly so we took it back and showed them . We called our insurance company and they agreed , they ordered us OEM parts . We took it in and had the repairs completed again. Zeigler said car was ready , when we got there , the body lines were still off and there is a problem with the paint work in the hood, ( orange peel and color match ). Called body shop manager and drove out to see him . He saw that the body lines didnt match, said he didnt see anything wrong with the paint . Called our insurance company and explained to them that we were not happy with Zeiglers quality of work . We are taking the car to a different body shop and having the work completed as it should have been .Desired Settlement: I would like a written apoligy from the owner for the inconveinence he hsa caused us . Their workmanship is poor and unacceptable .

Review: I was asked for my social security number. I asked why it was necessary as I was just looking. The salesman told me he needed it to do a soft credit check, so that he could give me a range of possible payments. I asked if it would affect my credit score. He said that it was just a soft check and that it would not affect my score. The next day I received an alert from the credit monitoring service I use saying I had a new hard credit check against me. The salesman therefore lied to my face and the hard credit check will remain on my credit record for two years. Unacceptable business practice!Desired Settlement: I would like to warn others who may purchase a vehicle from Zeigler Chevrolet.
