In regards to the complaint for *** *** we have resolved the issue we did ask for feedback, however no response back from the customer

customer *** *** who purchased Magnavox Power bank we tried to reach out to them to see if we can replace the item however we did not hear any response back

We received the complaint from customer *** ***(***) in regards to the headphonesAs Zeikos policy is no refund we can only replace the itemWe spoke to the employee who was addressing this issue with the customerOur employee advised customer contacted retailer prior to
contacting ZeikosCustomer was advised the item they purchased was discontinuedHowever we will be able to replace the similar or upgraded itemWhen customer complained it was past 30days since the item was purchased, so we asked the customer they would have to pay for shipping and receivingZeikos sent the information to customer and asked for payment method however customer never replied back to us. We did contact the customer today via email to advise we will be replacing the item for them, waiting on reply back. At Zeikos our intention is to keep our customer happy and satisfied we will try to help in any way we can

I am rejecting this response because: When they contacted me about a replacement they said it was discontinued but they had one that worked but was not brand new. If they sent me a working flash...

it would have been great. All it did was sit there and zoom back and forth internally for the flash adjustment. These flash units are of low quality. Google the reviews and you can see. My wife bought mine as a gift for me. I've learned not to buy from zeikos.
