Review: I ordered a half of beef requesting it be butchered in a way to get as many roasts and steaks as possible. The remainder which would be ground for hamburger to be put in bags as I would grind it myself on an as need basis.I arrived on December 24,2012 to pick up my order and was presented with the steaks and roasts. Following that I was made aware that the remaining beef had been all in one bag. All of the beef was frozen. The bag of beef meant for hamburger would in no way fit in a home freezer.I informed them of this and that I had requested it to be in bags, not one bag. The response was "oh yeah, no problem". A week later I received a call stating that the beef had been put in the refrigerator to thaw. Since then I've not heard from them and when I call, I get no answer.On previous occasions when I had been there, I have seen them pick up a phone when it was ringing, look at it, and put it down. Obviously they have caller I.D..After this amount of time, obviously the beef would be spoiled or had been used/sold?I believe I am entitled to a cash refund for what I haven't received. The entire amount has been paid for in full.Desired Settlement: According to a government agriculture site, a total of 60 lbs. of meat was owed to me as I received no hamburger nor stewing meat.Thank You.
