My family has used Zeitler Plumbing for more than 60 years. They open and close our cottage each year. They have helped us remodel the bathroom and keep up all our plumbing and septic tank services each time we change the cottage. [redacted] They provide amazing services. In fact, they have come for a number of "emergencies" over the years. For example, 2 times in 60 years our water heater leaked and they came with a new one as soon as we called. They even helped when I locked myself out of the cottage. Need I say more? It is rare in this day and age to find people that make your life easier. But they sure do!

They do half the job, the owner admits not everything was done but says too bad when asked for a refund of half the cost. Had to have another pumper come out to finish the job correctly. Bad customer service, very rude.

Review: Had Zeitler winterized my house and when the water was turned back on it was spraying all over. I called them to see if they could repair it and they said that they could. Three months after still not repaired and now the entire bottom of my house is soaked and now smells. When I call them if they answer they are rude and when they don't answer I leave a message that never gets returned. I had to hire a different plumber to repair their mistake.Desired Settlement: Would like them to cover the bill form the plumber I had to hire to repair the leak.
