At this time, I have been contacted directly by Austrian Airlines regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The Airline contacted me because I reported them to the state regulator (so not because of Revdex.com) and denied wrong doing and their policies,
not known to the public, do not allow them to reimburse mePlease abandon the case as it is a waste of time.Thank you
