Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Mr. R[redacted] Never offered to remove the Sapphires that were part of my deceased mother's " Rushmore" pin. This absolutely False!Tell me why would any reasonable person reject the opportunity to have valuable Sapphires?Mr. R[redacted] made it appear that the Sapphires which he acknowledged were part of the "Rushmore" pin were accounted for when he made my the offer of $2600.What about the ring that he included in the purchase that also had gemstones?Let him return the Sapphires and the ring with gemstones to me if he wants to be fair and honest. As it was shown how he devalued my Diamond from what the market value is, he has shown unethical business practices.
Additional Information:Dear Revdex.com, Attached is the receipt I received from Mr. R[redacted], owner of Global Gold & Silver for my jewelry which I sold on May *, 21017 at 4:45 PM for a total of $2,600. During our meeting on May *, I asked Mr. R[redacted] "how much were the sapphires worth?" that were part of the "Rushmore" gold pin that I sought to sell. Mr. R[redacted] looked at the sapphires with his jeweler's eye loupe (magnifier eye piece) with great interest, but he not answer my query. He only said "[redacted]

[redacted]" Mr. R[redacted] did not remove the sapphires from the "Rushmore" gold pin. He did  NOT mention the sapphires ever again.   Their was also a ring that contained many  gemstones (which I believe are  rubies and some diamonds) which he never appraised or looked at. He placed the "Rushmore" gold pin and the ring with rubies into the container with the rest of the gold items and weighed everything. He quoted me a total cash offer of $2600 for all of my jewelry.  He never itemized the sapphires or the value of the ring with rubies. He never offered to remove the sapphires and return them to me.  Mr. R[redacted] has acknowledged that the "Rushmore" gold pin contained sapphires. The attached receipt Does Not describe the Sapphires, nor does it show a ring with rubies. Therefore, the receipt demonstrates that Mr. R[redacted] paid Nothing for the sapphires and ruby ring. Mr. R[redacted] just decided to keep those valuable items without compensating me for them. Mr. R[redacted] stated that he offered to remove and give me back the sapphires from the "Rushmore" pin. That Never happened.  Why would any reasonable person choose not to keep valuable sapphires?     I was in need of cash and I certainly did not want to give the sapphires to Mr. R[redacted] as a gift. Mr. R[redacted] has now demonstrated through his statement that their were sapphires which he kept and did not compensate me for.          I became skeptical of the honesty, integrity and business ethics of Mr. R[redacted] only after my second appointment with him on Thursday May **, 2017. You see I had a 1.16 carat diamond I wanted to sell. I bought it for an engagement ring for my wife. It was appraised by Marcus & Company jewelers at $5000. I had expressed to Mr. R[redacted] that I was in need of cash and was motivated to sell my wife's diamond engagement ring.  Mr. R[redacted] first offered me $500 and then  after some time he offered $600.  I left Global diamond and silver very disappointed and disturbed.         I walked to "[redacted] ###-###-####.  David appraised the same ring and offered me $1500 immediately. I accepted the offer. This can be proven as I signed a receipt for the $1,500 I received for the diamond ring.         Do you know the saying, "[redacted]"?     After experiencing the extreme low value Mr. R[redacted] appraised my  1.16 carat diamond ring, I started to think that Mr. R[redacted] must have thought he could trick me twice. I then began analyzing the meeting I had with him only 1 week  before on May *.   I  then realized that I was not treated fairly in my business transaction with Mr. R[redacted].  Their was no transparency in his conduct, as he  kept my sapphires and the ring with rubies without proper compensation to me. I understood that his under valuation of my diamond was a confirmation of his unethical  behavior and misrepresentation during our transaction 1 week prior on May *.           Since Only 1 week transpired from our first transaction meeting on May * and our second meeting on May **, why didn't he offer me  and make restitution on  sapphires  and the ruby ring when we meet the following week on May [redacted]  That's what an honest person would do, if they made a mistake.         I believe he thought he got  away with it and that I was a fool. He thought I was so desperate and such a fool that he could fool me twice.         Why doesn't Mr. R[redacted] send me the sapphires and the ruby ring he kept?   They must be worth a lot of money as he has not offered to return them to me.         But he said that he offered to give them to me on May *. Can you believe such nonsense?               Mr. R[redacted]'s false façade of offering the best value to his customers lured me into his business. My experience demonstrates a total lack of transparency,  honesty, or integrity.  It is apparent that Global gold and silver  is not what they advertise to consumers and the public. I hope that other consumers are not fooled  as I was by his advertising to have business dealings with Mr. R[redacted] and his firm, Global gold & silver.   Sincerely, [redacted]
