Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I informed them that that it was an apartment Nothing else was asked--in fact the communication on their end is not very accurate, obviously (please see email correspondence attached hereto) I did not insist on it being hoisted, in fact I wasn't sure what to do as Andrew called a regular sized adult male to come and help My biggest issue was the fact that I was informed by Andrew in the same email that it would be "men" coming to perform this service and it was his young small framed teenage son I am not the ONLY CUSTOMER WHO HAD THIS ISSUE!!!! I do not accept this excuse when as a business he should have asked more details It was an apartment; one would assume that he would have asked and I would have gladly told him more details All I initiated was the request and provided the addresses, date, time, and items involved When I moved to Rio Rancho initially, it only took the movers/a different company, hour with two men This is ridiculous Regards, [redacted] ***[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

This customer Mr*** ***, Is quite the showman From the beginning of our interaction he was very emotional regarding his wife's health and him being alone and no one willing to help him He first called for an estimate He was told it was one day of packing
and one day of moving The initial estimate was close to $for material, packing, and the move Mr*** *** agreed and stated he and his son in law would share the expenses via credit card *** *** provided most of the materials for packing so the cost would stay low Mr. *** also said he was very happy to have us help him We packed his apartment in four hours, hours under initial estimate and the move the next day took over hours The final bill came to $ When the time came for *** *** to pay for the services we had been provided, he was not the nice older man claiming the Lord was his guiding light anymore., but now was very bitter and forgetful of his obligation of paying for a service he had so desperately needed Mr.*** ***, jumped in his little pickup truck and tried to leave without paying After the + hours the two mover had worked that day, they asked *** *** to please pay for the services He was screaming he needed to go to the hospital and he was dying He was with the movers the entire day and did not want spend another minutes to give his credit card information After discussing the services providedMr. *** *** did agree to pay for half of the $1500, but was completely forgetful of his promise that his son in law would help with the remainder He then drove off and told the movers to take his to court for the rest The outstanding balance of the move is $ *** *** is still obligated to pay for the rest of the move Joe's Moving is clueless on this complaint The last Joe's Moving had contact with Mr.*** *** was the same day after he allegedly arrived at the hospital He stated he would pay the remainder of the bill with his pension that arrives on the first and third of each month Now Joe's Moving receives a complaint trying to confuse the issues of Mr.*** *** obligations for paying for the remaining balance of his move This complaint is completely fabricated by Mr. *** *** The move according to Mr. *** *** was to cost $ It turned out to cost $less This is a clear case of a "hustling" by Mr *** *** May the Lord have mercy on his soul Trying to discredit a reputable and honorable moving company in business for over years This customer should be ashamed of himself for falsifying information and praying on honest, hardworking people at his phase in life At this point, if there is anything left to say, Joe's Moving has went above and beyond performing according to his agreement with Mr.*** *** He should pay the balance if he has any integrity and honor Respectfully,Andrew - GM

I am rejecting this response because: I informed them that that it was an apartment.  Nothing else was asked--in fact the communication on their end is not very accurate, obviously.  (please see email correspondence attached hereto).  I did not insist on it being hoisted, in fact I wasn't sure what to do as Andrew called a regular sized adult male to come and help.  My biggest issue was the fact that I was informed by Andrew in the same email that it would be "2 men" coming to perform this service and it was his young small framed teenage son.  I am not the ONLY CUSTOMER WHO HAD THIS ISSUE!!!!.  I do not accept this excuse when as a business he should have asked more details.  It was an apartment; one would assume that he would have asked and I would have gladly told him more details.  All I initiated was the request and provided the addresses, date, time, and items involved.  When I moved to Rio Rancho initially, it only took the movers/a different company, 1 hour with two men.  This is ridiculous.  Regards,
