I would like to commend this company for its service. Their quick response to my initial request for an estimate, the thorough explanation of the product, which by the way is excellent, and their customer courtesy made this a very pleasant experience. The wait time for delivery and installation was much shorter than expected and the installers were in and out, no all day waiting. I highly recommend Zeller Windows & Siding. I think you'll be pleased!

We paid Zeller in full before the 13 windows were installed. Everything went on plan for the most part. We were delayed on the installation but it eventually happened and we were satisfied. A few months later (Aug 2019), we were served with a lien against our home by the actual window company. I've asked Zeller to resolve the matter several times, in writing and on the phone. To date, 1/3/20, it is still not resolved. I will have to take legal action.

I purchased a new installed window on 5/23/19 from Zeller windos ( Ref #265640357, $1,200). When speaking with the sales person and installer, I was told that the leaking problem I had with the old window would be guaranteed with their company. So I purchased the product and it was installed. During the summer, the window started leaking so I called for them to come out and repair or rectify the leak. They sent one of their employees out and he told me that I needed to install gutter guards. So I purchased them for the whole house at $1,000. Still the problems continued, he came back out and installed a roof deflector and also found out that the window was improperly caulked, and that is the reason the water was entering into my house, causing damage to my woodwork and walls. Calls were made starting in April, 2019 and too many to count after that.
I have spoken to *** (owner of Seller) many times, by email with pictures and videos, phone ( both personal and business) for the repair damage to my interior home. She assured me that if I fixed the walls and presented an invoice that she would reimburse me the amount ($250.00). She or the company would not return my calls, so I went to the place of business to confront her and gave her the invoice for damages. The first time she told me she had to meet payroll and would send out the check for $250 in 1 week. No response; I called her again many times and finally on one of the occasions, she picked up and told me that she was not going to pay for the damages and hung up. At no time during this period did Ms *** refused to pay for the damages until the last rude phone call.
I paid $1,200 for the window, $1,000 for the gutter guards and $75 for the deflector (which apparently I didn't need either) . I was only asking for the damages caused by poor installation of the window by the installers. I have not problems as of today since that employee caulked the perimeter of the window properly.
I have done everything correctly to help this situation; I am looking for the $250 for damages done on my interior woodwork and walls of my home because of their negligence.

This customer purchased and Zeller installed a window. She called in because it was leaking. A service was set. *** a hired installer assessed the situation and let her know the problem was not the window itself, but the water from rain was not being wicked away from the home properly by the gutters. He sold her gutter guards as the solution to water flowing from the house away from the window. April called and wanted us to pay for her drywall that was damaged from the time the window was installed to when the gutters were installed. This is not part of the contract.

had us install a window in 2018 because she had an old window.

She claims it leaked because of caulk. I believe the caulk (which is a maintenance item not covered by warranty in all our contracts) may have failed due to the water that was not fixed until a year later. We caulked again at no charge and let her know the issue was the gutter above the window that was not draining properly. Since she had the new gutter repair no leaks. Had little or nothing to due with the caulk. If that gutter was not fixed, it would have failed again and again.

I am providing you with the reports and the notes and time frames of work and service performed.

Your company did not install any gutters nor did any other company from the time that the leak occurred these gutters were up here when I put the new rough in what *** did was he put new gutter guards which were newer than the ones that I had it still did not stop the leak. *** also tested the roof with water in it still was leaking when it rained. Once again it wasn't until *** re cocked the whole outside frame of the window inside and outside frame that the leak spot, And I haven't had a leak problem since

In May of 2019 a salesperson came out to my home to give me an estimate on exterior siding for my home. A $100 deposit was required to process the credit application. I gave the salesperson $100 in cash. A few days later I was informed that my application was denied and my $100 would be mailed to me in the form of a check. I have contacted Zeller Windows several times since May each time I am told that it is being referred to the accounting department. To date I still have not received my $100 deposit.

I ordered a pair of windows at a cost of $2,082.32 on June 12,2019..
I paid the first half up front in the amount of $1043.32...I was told that the windows would be ordered,, and it would take about 4-6 weeks for delivery.As of today 10/25/19 I have yet ti recieve the windows.I made a call on 10/18/19 and was told to call back on 12/22/19...
Each time I call,the phone goes to voice mail.

I Hired Zeller in June to remodel addition on my house, paid a down-payment of a thousand dollars! After numerous calls they said they can't do the job. I told them I want my money back! They promised to send a check and still haven't received check. I called them numerous times for my money still NO RESULTS, I had to file a police report.

We have taken care of the issue. The customer has received their refund. We also gave them the window we ordered for their house, because it was custom ordered and we couldn't use it. She changed her google review from 1 star to a 5 star.

I filed a complaint in the fall about the errors billing and installing our windows, the promises broken, and the dissatisfaction we had with Langezeller. I didn't close the account or mark it as solved because one of the company owners called me personally in November, assured me I could believe in small business again, and that he would make it right by installing the window I paid for partially but never received. I didn't close my complaint because I feared if I had, they wouldn't come through. The complaint was timed out and closed, but I have not had any contact or returned phone calls, nor has the bill or window been corrected.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I spoke with Felicia yesterday, 1/16 and she promised to make sure I got the window that I paid in part for that had been ordered incorrectly and that I was promised from Heath in November. I will mark this as resolved, but I am hesitant, as I am afraid it will not end up happening (like the last two times). But, for now, it looks like they are working to resolve it.

We were visited by the salesman on June 16, paid the deposit, and waited, and waited, and waited. My husband had to call L 3 times- we were concerned that the whole thing had been a scam when we paid the deposit and never heard anything. This is not the personal touch service that the salesman had emphasized repeatedly. We set several dates for the 4 windows to be installed. They were 3 small bedroom windows and one large front window for our living room. The first date was a weekend and cancelled, the next, an August date, my husband had to take off from work only to find them cancel - and he had to eat a vacation day for it. Then they said they would come on August 11 and that day they cancelled and came August 12. That morning they called to say the wrong window had been ordered for the front, and should they still come over? We had them come and do the 3 small windows. The workers were fine and nice, but we were angry about being jerked around for almost 2 months. When we told them we no longer wanted the front window, they would not, and still have not, given us an itemized bill, but removed $500 from a $4,000 bill. I don't understand how 4 windows add to $4,000 but when you take the biggest one off, you only take off $500. They will not give an itemized bill. Numerous times my husband Louis has asked for a manager to call him back, or there were several times he asked the secretary to call him back, and we never heard anything. Very poor customer service on top of everything.
