I had my 3-1/2 ton unit replaced *** Heating and Air that was terrible and I would not recommend to anyone. The unit had a leak and after 3 AC companies tried to stop the leak they could not find it. I called Temperature Pro and agreeded to pay them $800.00 to find and repair the leak of Freon. After a few attemps they could not find the leak either. I was not home when they must have put enough Freon in it so my wife thought they repaired it. We had gone with AC and our house was in the 90's most days. They advised her that the system was repaired so she signed that it was. Again the next day it was not cooling again and Temperature Pro said they would have to charge us every time they came out, Past & future. I was upset! I was told that because our written agreement was that they would fix the leak for $800.00 and they never did. I filed a dispute with Discover card and two months later I have not received a credit. Everything Discover has ask for in writing has been summited and I still cannot get a credit from Discover or Temperature Pro. We could not take the July Heat and paid another company to put in a new one that is working fine. Please never do business with TemperaturePro or Thunder Air & heating.

We are sorry Mr. was not happy with the result of our work. As he noted, we were about the 5th or 6th HVAC company to try to assist him. We went out of our way to try to resolve his issues since he had a bad experience with another company. Unfortunately Mr. would not follow our recommendations which resulted in a tremendous amount of wasted time and effort on our part and resulted in him not paying the money he owes us for the work completed. He doesn't quite have the details correct as to what all exactly transpired. But ultimately he went with another company that recommended the exact same thing that we originally recommended but he refused. It's an unfortunate situation but this was through no fault of our own and the customer still owes us for work performed.

If I owed anymore to Temp.pro I should have been told that each time they came to our home to find where my unit was leaking. I agreed to pay them $800.00 to fix the leak but they could not find it. Marty wanted me to replace the furnace also but he never showed me why I should replace it. *** used a long probe and I could see small cracks in the burners. If Temperture pro had done that I would have agreed with Marty to replace it but that was never done. Of course they never could find and fix the leak that I paid them to do so I paid them $800.00 that should have been refunded because I still had the problem. Even a line set they replaced was the wrong size for the unit. Note: The unit in question was new but I could not get a warranty from the company that installed it.

I believed they knew I was not home, my wife was sick, they must have put some Freon in it so it was cooling when they asked her to sign that the unit was repaired but it was not. By the next day all the Freon had leaked out and it was not cooling again. They should have waited till I was home because I hired them to do the repair. All my wife knew was she was very hot for months and it was cooling for a few hours.

Bottom line unit had to be replaced and I paid $800.00 for nothing.

Mr., you agreed and your wife signed the invoice to replace the lineset and the coil for $1550. I allowed you to pay half ($800) that first day until we could show you that the issue was resolved and then you even tried to rescind that payment. We came back many times but once it was clear you weren't going to pay us what you owed us, we stopped coming back. Given your situation with other vendors, it's pretty clear it's a pattern of behavior. And to be clear, the $800 you paid was for a lineset replacement that I'm sure you are currently using with the new system.

At this point, we've written off the money you owe us and you've moved on to cause grief for another vendor. So we will just agree to part ways. Again though, if you had followed our advice from the very beginning, we would have been able to resolve the issues and this situation could have been avoided.

My wife does not recall signing an invoice for $1,550.00. Also one more time I hired you so you should not have asked my wife to sign anything. She does not know anything about Air conditioning You or anyone from your company never fixed anything that is why the new system was removed and replaced by ***, You are full of *** and I hope anyone consisting using Temperature Pro contacts another company. I have all paperwork to prove my case. As for as the line set it was not even the right size. You NEVER asked ME to do anything extra. You were to fix the leak which you were not able to do. The line set was removed and put in the trash when *** removed everything and put all new systems in. If you keep telling lies about me I will amend the suit against the installer that I filed in State Court a few days ago and add Temperture Pro to it.

Newly installed AC unit not working
We had 2 new Lennox AC units (S/N: 5818DXXXXX-Upstairs and 5818DXXXXX-Downstairs) installed on 05/23/2018 by TemperaturePro of Northeast Atlanta (Phone XXX-XXX-XXXX). From 06/24/2019 the temperature of the upstairs unit stopped working (below 83 F with the fans running constantly). We called them on 07/05/2019 @XXX-XXX-XXXX and came the afternoon and found the leak outside and re-filled the refrigerant and charged us $239 (INV#XXXXXXXX) which we paid without fixing the leak. We had a tech from another company checked the problem and told us Temperature Pro should fix the problem for free (at least it's what their company does).

Desired Outcome

We want them to fix the problem and refund us. 1) Fix the leak problem (I can provide the image of the leaking part); 2) Refund the $239 dollars we paid them since the fee is incurred by the leak.

This is the first I've been notified of this issue. The customer did not request to speak to me (the owner) or my operations manager as far as I know. When a customer purchases a system from us, they get a 10 year parts warranty from the manufacturer and a one year labor warranty. They also get the first year maintenance included. If the customer chooses to renew the maintenance, we extend the labor warranty up to 10 years. In this case, the customer chose not to renew. They should have been offered the option to renew their maintenance (even though they specifically declined prior) at the time of service and it would be covered under warranty. We usually give a 30 day grace period but in a case like this will extend it up to 90 days. At this point however, to resolve the issue, we would be happy to apply the payment made at the time our tech was out towards the maintenance renewal and therefore be able to cover the coil replacement under warranty. I would ask that the customer contact me directly at my office and we can get it taken care of.
