Zen auto transport

Zen Auto Transport agree to trasport my car from *** port Richey, FL to Modesto, CA. Collected disposit and did not show up on the date which was 6/18/19. I told this company that I will going on my retreat on the 6/30/19 on my arrival in Modesto. When I called, I was told that the truck broke down in Tampa. The driver called on the 6/20/19 and said "I will picking the car at 8pm. He showed up at 9pm pick up the car. The company promised to deliver my car within 4 to 5 business days. I left Florida for Modesto, CA on the 6/22/19. I called Zen Auto Transport on Monday the 6/24/ as a follow up of my car. I told that the truck broke down and the car will be there in two days. I called on the 6/26/19, as a follow on was I was told prior and at the same time reminded Mr. M of my forth-coming retreat as mentioned earlier. He told me that the safty of the driver is important to them and that he suggest that I pay the balance of ranspoting the car and then the driver can drop the key in the trash can. I told him I will like to inspect the car and my belongings to be sure everything is in good condition. I further explained to Mr. M that the delay in delivery car was not as schedule, and that I will be leaving for my retreat on the 6/30/19. On returning from my retreat on 7/7/19, I called Zen Auto Transport asking when my car will be delivered,mMr. M told me to go and pay the balance in the bank or send to the office SOS then he wiil give me the address of the storage place to pick my car he further said that I am responssible for the storage payment. I told Mr. M that if the car was delivered as agreed, there would not been need for storage as I had told him that I will be going on retreat on the 6/30/19. Until I write this complaint, my car is still not delivered none know the location where Zen Auto delivered the car.

We are a 2nd hand dealership called ID auto Mall. We purchased a vehicle off of a auction website and on February 7th we posted that the vehicle is readily available for pick up on a website called " Central Dispatch". Minutes later we received a call from "Zen Auto Transport" ( DOT#: ***) and we agreed that they'd pick up my vehicle from California ($40,000 ***) and deliver it to New York for the price of $1,200 CHECK ON DELIVERY , and that it'd be delivered within 10 days. On February 17th we gave them a call asking where the car is and they told us the delivery will be late. On February 19th we called again and they told us the vehicle will not be delivered until we give them a full payment with cash through Wells Fargo,stating that they will not accept check or certified check , even though we must pay on delivery COD $1,200 check, of which we have a contract agreement for, so we drove an hour from our location to the bank to wire the money to them on the 19th of February. Zen auto group told us that once they receive the cash ( we have a receipt) they will deliver the vehicle same day (4 hour drive) under any circumstance, between 3 to 5 PM. That morning they receive the cash and we call them later same day asking when we will receive the vehicle, and they told us they don't know and that the vehicle is no longer on schedule for delivery, and that they want us to drive to them and pick up the vehicle. We have tried to resolve this issue, asking for an adjustment for incomplete work, and they declined. In the end we had to hire another tow truck, to bring the vehicle here, which they wouldn't help us pay for. The customer waiting for the vehicle scheduled for delivery has canceled his contract with us, and he has received his refund, and we lost the deal due to this company. This company is a scam and I advise all others to stay away from it. They held our vehicle as hostage, received full payment in advance, and declined to finish the job once receiving payment. We want a refund.

My vehicle was recently transported from Virginia to California with Zen Auto Transport. Upon receiving my vehicle, I immediately realized that some of my personal belongings were missing from the vehicle. When questioning the driver about this, he immediately became very defensive and then proceeded to pull one of the missing items from his truck. He then proceeds to tell me that he doesn't know where my other items were and that someone took them from the trunk of my car. Considering that there was no indication of forced entry of the vehicle, either the vehicle was left unlocked and someone took my items or your driver stole my personal property. Why wasn't my car locked? If my items were taken from the trunk of my vehicle, as the driver stated, but they caught the thief and retained possession of one of my items, why wasn't I notified of this event? Furthermore, it is completely unacceptable that the first that I hear of my missing belongings is when I open my trunk to discover my items are no longer in my possession.

Car was loaded for transport from New Jersey to California.
*** 2011 ***. Car was inspected and loaded by Zen Auto on a red Transport truck.
Was delivered with door damaged on a black transport truck.
The owner and manager refused to call me back after 4 attempts and after damage report was sent he with out hesitation refused to handle any damage financially or take any blame. He blamed the car not being secure. The car went thru a thorough inspection at *** days before transport.
So as he refused communication with myself, Which I paid 1400 dollars in full, he refused to handle any situation just responding not his problem in an email and said his insurance rejected. That was a blatant lie as his secretary was caught in lies herself. The broker who I used put me on 3 way call and he again refused any communication to resolve problem

I spoke to *** at *** (broker) and agreed to deliver my car with a company ZEN AUTO TRANSPORT (shipping company). As per text sent to me by ***, the broker said my car would be delivered 5-7 days after pick up.

I called 7/18 ZEN AUTO TRANSPORT and was told my car would be delivered 7/21-7/23 the latest. Once I arrived to California, Michelle at ZEN AUTO TRANSPORT told me it would arrive Friday 7/27 or the 28th the latest. I asked to speak to the manager and Shannon picked up. She was very unprofessional, after trying to get answeres as to why my car is not delivered , she said : “if you don’t calm down then your car might just be delayed a little longer!

I never received updates from neither the broker or the shipping company. All I got was the runarounds and both parties pointing fingers at each other.

Today is Sunday 7/29 and I still have no car or my belongings in my car. I reported this to the police department of new Rochelle as well. I have lost all trust in them and think this is fraud. They promise one thing to you then take no responsibility for their delay.

However, the driver does contact me to remind them that I need to pay $1500 cash

I don’t know what to do ......don’t want to jeopardize delaying my car or my belongings. This company should not be able to have full control of everything. I am paying for a service. I need help in resolving this issue. I don’t want anyone else to deal with such problems.
