Review: June *, 2015To Whom It May Concern;This letter is to report Zen Beauty Supply for unfair practices and [redacted] employees working at the facility. The address for this establishment is [redacted] and the telephone number for the store is ###-###-####. I was given a receipt, see attached to this letter where it clearly indicates that an exchange could take place within 3 days and I went to the store within the 3 day period and they denied me the exchange. All I wanted to do was switch a nail polish color I had purchased for my mother. When I was denied the exchange I went home and noticed that the actual receipt indicated the opposite of what they practice, so I went back and demanded the exchange they still denied it and so I called the police on the matter. The police came and because they had a hand written note stating they offer no refunds they said I could only get an exchange if I take them to civil court. I was devastated by this and demand the Revdex.com to take immediate action on the policies and contradictions this particular store is executing and clearly practicing. As a consumer I demand my rights and feel this business owners should NOT be allowed to do as they wish sort of speak with their customers rights. I also demand that this particular store be checked on the employees status as they have people that are here illegal and they only hire them probably because they can just pay them cash and very little wage. I know this because the man told me so but he said that is the only type of job he can get. I look forward a reply on both issues and this is followed up as quickly as possible.Desired Settlement: Color of nail polish switched to another color my mother likes.
