Review: I hired [redacted] from zen design in oct of 2013 to draw up plans for a new septic . I paid him 1250.00 by check which he cashed oct [redacted] ...by nov we did not hear from him so we called and ken said he was waiting on the perk test . in the mean time I had a permit already filed with the town . we were all just waiting on ken from zen design ... this went on in december ,jan, he kept telling us the same excuse .... waiting for the perk test .. the town of newburgh sent a letter asking if we were still going thru with the septic . I called and said my architect was missing in action .. so I had to cancel my permit ... our ast response from ken was in march of 2014 ... and his excuse was waiting on the perk test ... I would like my land survey and my 1250.00 backDesired Settlement: I would like my land survey and my 1250.00 that was paid to [redacted] of zen design ...
