complaint. I am still seeking full restitution for my two visits to Zen and the services I was forced to receive from another salon to fix the damage they caused in the amount of $465.00.
I have attached several images from both my first visit and second visit to the salon on 3/5 and 3/8. The salon did not attempt to solve my problem despite their statement and as indicated in the images, in fact made the issue much worse, causing physical damage to my hair, frying it to the point of breakage in numerous places due to overprocessing and poor application of chemicals. Additionally, 'their attempt' to resolve the problem was something I was charged for as stated in both my original letter to them and my letter to you. Paying for a service I was unhappy with the first time was fraudulent but then to charge again for a 'corrective appointment' is not an attempt to resolve any issue. Additionally, when I came back the second time to the salon to have my hair fixed on 3/8, I left with more damage and in worse condition than when I arrived and as stated was charged for the visit. Two visits to the salon, where things only progressively worsen and both of which I was charged for when I absolutely shouldn't have been forced me to seek alternative services from another professional. Additionally, as noted in my letter, Nicole, the stylist I saw, their staff explicitly stated that no other treatments or services could be done to my hair or 'it would all fall out.'
