I reserved a *** with *** for 2/14/20-2/15/20.
Upon arriving at the location, the *** at the *** mentioned that this was her first day and there was about 6 *** waiting along with myself. During check in I asked what time *** was served and she said they didn't have it even though during my *** it said *** was provided. Also she said that the new *** just took ***hip 3 weeks prior. When I entered my ***, the roaches scattered everywhere. The *** were super thin and EVERYTHING was unplugged and when I say everything I mean everything. The *** from the wall and everything that was ***. The *** looked nothing like the *** that was advertised on ***. I asked the *** at the *** about that and she said she didn't know. There was another *** in the *** when I asked that and she said "oh, that's my ***" so I assumed that that was the only *** that was renovated.
We went to eat dinner later on that evening and upon returning my *** didn't open my *** even though it opened earlier. I went to the *** to have my *** reprogrammed only to find a note on the door that stated *** closes at 8:30pm. I called the number several times with no answer. So I started looking for another *** somewhere else only to find the entire city of *** was booked up. The reason given by *** was this was the busiest time of the year for ***. I ended up sleeping in my car.
The next am when the *** got there I told him everything. Even asked for a refund but got nothing from him. As I left, I said "thanks for apologizing for this event" because he hadn't apologized to this point. He did offer an apology after I said that.
I think I should be refunded for both nights for the terrible experience and the fact that their advertising on *** was nothing that I received.
