Greetings! This is in response to a letter received 6/10/regarding David [redacted] S***, and a missed tattoo appointmentMy policy regarding setting up and tattooing an individual requires a $deposit that holds the time slotOnce the tattoo is completed, the deposit is deducted from the final price of the artIf, for any reason, a client cannot make it on time to an appointment, I require a hour notice to change times or datesI also give a minuet grace period for my clients to make it into the studioI work on a tight schedule, and I advise all my clients to be prompt, as I often tattoo 3-people daily. This event happened on a Saturday, my busiest day, and this was my first appointmentWe had an appointment at noon, after minuets of waiting, I moved onto my next appointmentAbout an hour later, David called, I gave him a message that I would call backminuets later, he stormed into the studio demanding to stop my current sessionI could not take a break at that timeDavid proceeded to get angry and aggressive in the lobby, stating that I never gave him an appointment timeIt is my policy to give a card/ receipt with a time and amount of the deposit with a stamp so we each know what has been paid and when we are set to meet up againHe was asked to produce the card, which he stated I did not giveIf he can provide a card with a date or time that was different then what I have reflected in my books, I will refund his depositBut as of now, without his card/receipt, I cannot verify if there is a discrepancy on my endAlso my card states I do not give refunds on depositsAt this point, if he can provide his card, and I made a mistake, I will refund his depositHowever, at this point I feel David wasted my time and money making potential that dayI wish we could have resolved this in person, but with the difficulty communicating this might be the best wayHope to hear a solution soonTori L [redacted] Fluid One Studios

Greetings! This is in response to a letter received 6/10/2015 regarding David * S[redacted], and a missed tattoo appointment. My policy regarding setting up and tattooing an individual requires a $50 deposit that holds the time slot. Once the tattoo is completed, the deposit is deducted from the final...

price of the art. If, for any reason, a client cannot make it on time to an appointment, I require a 24 hour notice to change times or dates. I also give a 15 minuet grace period for my clients to make it into the studio. I work on a tight schedule, and I advise all my clients to be prompt, as I often tattoo 3-5 people daily. This event happened on a Saturday, my busiest day, and this was my first appointment. We had an appointment at 12 noon, after 45 minuets of waiting, I moved onto my next appointment. About an hour later, David called, I gave him  a message that I would call back. 20 minuets later, he stormed into the studio demanding to stop my current session. I could not take a break at that time. David proceeded to get angry and aggressive in the lobby, stating that I never gave him an appointment time. It is my policy to give a card/ receipt with a time and amount of the deposit with a stamp so we each know what has been paid and when we are set to meet up again. He was asked to produce the card, which he stated I did not give. If he can provide a card with a date or time that was different then what I have reflected in my books, I will refund his deposit. But as of now, without his card/receipt, I cannot verify if there is a discrepancy on my end. Also my card states I do not give refunds on deposits. At this point, if he can provide his card, and I made a mistake, I will refund his deposit. However, at this point I feel David wasted my time and money making potential that day. I wish we could have resolved this in person, but with the difficulty communicating this might be the best way. Hope to hear a solution soon. Tori L[redacted]Fluid One Studios
