I had all windows replaced on my old 50's house. Aric's installation crew was excellent - they were on-time, professional, clearly knew what they were doing and even though some of the old aluminum windows were hard to get out and they had to stay past 7 p.m. to complete the project, they got it done - and done well, including thorough caulking and cleanup. The windows are beautiful and seem very well made. After the installation, the owner gave me a phone call to make sure the work was completed to my full satisfaction. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process which made the decision much easier. I recommend Zen Windows wholeheartedly!

Time for inefficient 20 year-old metal framed windows to go. Important to me were quality material, good construction, energy efficient, good installation, and a good guarantee.

I read lots of online reviews, paid attention to types of frame material, glass and coatings. All the important factors about replacement windows were falling into place as I was collecting this information about the current marketplace. I wanted to see lots of good reviews and satisfied customers. A major concern about vinyl was alleviated. It was good to know they would last through all the Texas summers. Zen Windows had the pieces of the puzzle for which I was searching. I trusted everyone's review and didn't get involved with lengthy sales presentations.

Megan and I bounced a few questions back and forth, mostly about the big porch, and she requested pictures - these are custom windows. So I question and request, she suggests, and the manufacturer says they can do it. And I have a quote. Megan sends the final word with NO small print. After I agree, we schedule Martin to come out and measure.

Order - deliver - install. The factory broke one piece of glass - no big deal; slight delay.

Martin and his crew were really good - obviously not their first rodeo. This was a three day job and everyone had their specialty. 25 windows were removed and 20 installed. The very big porch windows were combined as sliders. We purchased triple-pane with low-E coatings in double-hung and some sliders. They are solid and really well-built.

Martin and crew kept it clean with covers inside and outside to collect the debris. A good cleanup at the end of each day and a good run-through of each window to show me how they operated.

Am I satisfied - yes.

Would I recommend Zen Windows of Austin - yes.

I needed 8 windows replaced at my house. Dan and Megan were extremely helpful and informative about my options. We decided on the windows, and scheduled the installation.
It went magnificent! Robert and Bubba were extremely meticulous, so grateful for their dedication and attention to detail, such an exquisite gift! They cleaned up at the end of each and worked very hard. This has been a great experience for me, I have already been talking to my co-workers about my experience with Zen Windows. I definitely recommend Zen Windows to anyone who wants high quality windows installed by true professionals at a great value.

We are very pleased with our new windows. Martin and his work crew were very professional and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. When I noticed a small tear in one of the screens, after the job was complete, Martin came out and fixed it that same day. Great attention to detail and good customer service. Our home was built in 1982, so we were past due for new windows. The difference is amazing. Being an introvert, I really liked not having to deal with pushy salespeople.
