I originally purchased a [redacted] for a replacement window, thinking I needed an entire new window Once I contacted Zen Windows to redeem my [redacted] , they scheduled someone to come measure my window within just a few days The person who measured my window advised that all I needed was new glass I thought for sure I needed a new window...but he was right! They ordered my new glass and installed it very quickly....to my 100% satisfaction! The owner also refunded me the difference between the cost of my [redacted] and the replacement glass They were extremely helpful, professional and easy to do business with I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs windows and/or replacement glass

Zen Windows performed the work exactly as they said they would do. They listened to our needs and concerns, offered a competitive price, and communicated before, during, and after the project. They showed up on time, performed the work according to specifications; they were polite, courteous, and considerate of our needs during the 2 days they were here. There was zero damage to our property including plants and bushes around the house. Extra care was taken in all facets of the project. Our two dogs were mostly limited to one section of the house, and Zen Windows was considerate for when the dogs needed to use the back yard making sure the fence was secure. From their promptness in getting me a quote, to working with my schedule for installation, to the actual installation process which was a breeze, to the actual product. You won't go wrong by choosing this company.

After going through a terrible experience with another company, I was hesitant to move forward with my window replacement. However, it was something that needed to be done so I began to do some research. I came across Zen Windows and its emphasis on quality customer service really appealed to me. I could not find a bad review online, which is extremely rare. However, now that I've worked with them, I can see why. They truly care about you as a customer. It is their priority to ensure that you are completely satisfied. The owner, [redacted], came over and went over the different options with me. He made suggestions and recommendations and answered all of my questions. I ordered all new windows and a new sliding glass door. He provided me with a realistic timeline of when they would be ready and scheduled the install on a day/time that worked for me. His guys were all extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had 15 double pain replacement windows installed by Zen Windows Carolina. It was a no hassle and extremely pleasant process. Brian [redacted] and his team were excellent to work with. In my experience they are honest, dependable and preform high quality professional work. The Windows are high quality and for some reason less expensive than quotes I received from other contractors. If I had to do it over again, I would not hesitate to go with Zen Windows again!

Had zen install 22 windows in march of 2016. I did a lot of research first about the type of windows and features I wanted the windows to have (supersaver spacer, constant force balance, sloped sill, lifetime warranty, night latches, virgin vinyl,...). Zen was able to meet every want I had in a window.

The only negative was that one of the 22 windows was measured incorrectly and it took an extra 2-3 weeks to put in the last window as we had to wait for it to be ordered and produced. the original install was complete in 1 day (21 windows).

The owner ([redacted]) was always available to answer my questions. anytime I emailed he would answer very quickly and was active through the process. After the project was completed I even got a hand written thank you note in which he apologized for the measuring error and the extra time it took.
