We have been in practice for almost years and over the years have used various out-reach programs to help the public understand the benefits of chiropractic servicesAny of our out-reach efforts are ran by our health care attorney prior to implementing. We use public data in some efforts to reach out to our community for people who may have a desire to explore the benefits of chiropractor careI assure you any of our marketing efforts are fully compliant with state laws regarding the practice of chiropractic in Washington State. We are very familiar and up to date with the law regarding advertising and marketing in Washington State and we do not engage in or misleading practicesOur reputation is very important to our communityNeither the doctors or the staff have ever heard of DrGeorge M***, MD and he practices in a completely different state.. The presumed patient of DrM*** was never mislead or coerced in any way to make an appointment with our clinic. She was given an opportunity to explore chiropractic treatment option in addition to any medical care. So willfully scheduled an appointment and also mentioned that her husband may have desire to use chiropractic servicesThe patient never came to our clinicThere was no insurance involved, no monies changed changed hands and we never used DrM***'s name We have many willing and open minded medical physicians we work with daily that are open to co-manage patients to get them the best out comes possibleIt is unfortunate that there is confusion regarding DrMcD***'s office and/or staff that lead to the complaintFrom our side we completely disagree with what Bonnie Mclain is stating as facts DrTroy *D***, DC Zenaptic Chiropractic a “Holistic Health Center”
