Service not provided. I paid to create a DBA with them. When I got an email asking me to do the work that I was paying them for, I reached out to customer service to clarify. Instead of asking what I wanted to do or giving me a choice in potential solutions, they simply refunded me. I would have been okay with waiting longer. I understand that COVID-19 has slowed a lot of things down. But I am not okay with them making executive decisions that mean I have to start from scratch. I don't recommend going to them if quitting when things are inconvenient is the way they prefer to do business.

Terrible service. I applied to incorporate on 7/23/2020, paying extra for "premium" expedited service. As of today they indicate that they have not even sent the application for state review. I was initially given a finalization date of 7/29/2020 (not the 3-4 day service as advertised). I just cancelled my application and hope that they refund me quicker than they take to incorporate. DO NOT USE THEM. They provide a poor business incorporation model and cant be trusted to fulfill what they promise. Look for a reputable incorporation service instead.

The worst customer service, barely hear back from them, they work at a snail’s pace, they have no idea who’s doing what or what’s up or down. Complete waste of time and took months away from not only my income but my clients’ mental health while they wait for my, their therapist’s, transition. Worst company to do business with. Stay away!

I want my refund as soon as possible .

You placed an order with us for the Starter Plan at a cost of $79 on July 17th. Per your request, we canceled your order on July 20th and refunded the $79 charge. I don’t know if you paid with a different currency and/or if there is an exchange rate difference. I’m not sure what “1,5 USD” is.

I have attached 2 screenshots from our credit card processing system showing that we refunded the $79 payment you made.

Does what it's asked for. However the customer service has some attitudes and seriously needs improvement and professionalism. A lot of case response is short without greeting or anything and it makes them sounds not caring. Okay. This may be me just whining. But when a clarifying question comes back with the same copy and paste, one-sentence answer repeated, it just gets annoying. And when it comes back with quotation marks around them? I start to regret the day I decided to choose them to open my business and pay them. I've seen one other company showing this annoying and unprofessional level of customer service once in my life so far, and that was ***. Every company I've ever encountered had better customer service than this one. INCLUDING ***.
3/5 agents have attitude issue and there is NO option for you to avoid them. I would've given three stars IF I could block some of the customer reps who has attitude issues, or there was a channel for me to report bad experience. Nope.

I am been using ZenBusiness since Jan 2019 but after one year I realized that I do not get any value from this servise. I just pay a fee every month but get nothing back. I know the laws require any online business names, addresses, refund policies, and methods for complaints that must be prominent for an online contract to be upheld.
Currently, I don't know how to cancel and the website makes it impossible to find an option to do so.
On March 25, 2020, I e-mailed ZenBussiness to asked to unsubscribe me from their service.
They refused and did not advise me on any paths on how I could unsubscribe from their service.
As if nothing happens they took the fee in April.

I filed an order with ZENBusiness 2/26/2020 for formation of an LLC. I reserved my name and paid them to do the rest. They agreed to have my LLC formed by 3/25/2020. It is now 4/16/2020 and the State in which I am filing for the LLC says that they have NO paperwork filed on my behalf from ZENBusiness at ALL. I have evidence of multiple conversations I have had with then trying to get this issue resolved to no avail. They don't want to refund my $427 but have not produced my company formation. The only paperwork that I received from Zenbusiness that I did NOT do was a copy of the application for the company. The copy does not show where it was processed by the county or the state!

We had some failures in the process on our side and delays / staffing impacts due to Coronavirus pandemic had an impact as well. At the end of the day, we did not deliver in the timelines given to you when you made your purchase… and for that we apologize. We contacted the state to pull-back your submission and provided you with a full refund on your order.

We strive to deliver a level of service that exceeds your expectations and we want to do this for every customer... every time. I apologize that was not your experience on this order.

The service that I paid for was advertised for completion within 3-5 business days. I paid for the service on 3/4/20 it is now 3/12/20 with no completion. I am having a hard time getting in contact with the company. when I message them I can see where they see the message but not respond. This is false advertising. I asked for a partial refund since it was not done in the advertised amount of time.

Paid to have my LLC filed by Feb 12. It is now March 3rd, still no formation. No way to contact them other than a call that apparently goes to someone other than the people that actually do the legal work? Not sure, they were never able to give me an answer. I've sent emails and left voicemails. I could have completed the LLC formation on my own a month ago.

I paid zen business last year for a registered agent they never paid them and my business got dissolved because of it. What kind of bs is this none of the services like banking or tax help have ever contacted me . Do not waste your money on this company. When you call to complain about the lack of service they will say they don’t have internet. It’s a joke

I applied for EIN number with ZenBusiness. since 14 november 2019 still processing. Whenever I send E-mail they explain that IRS should have sent me a mail.
Now please explain to me this :
In the application form there was a part it says :

"Complete this section only if you want to authorize the named individual to receive the entity’s EIN and answer questions about the completion of this form."
*** c/o ZenBusiness Inc. was the Designee person under that same section.

I was not the one who put her name in that section, but I received it like that from ZenBusiness and I believe she is the one who will receive my EIN.

Now from 14 November 2019 until now, they are telling me that IRS should have sent me the EIN number.
Why should we assign a third party if that was the case, and why should we assign *** as the person who will receive my EIN number.

Plus, IRS only fax the application if you fax it to them. If you send by mail that time they send back by mail.
In our case, application was sent by fax only, Zenbusiness is the third party and assigned to receive my EIN as per the application, plus, it is part of my package to receive an EIN.

Kindly avoid the same reply as " IRS should have mailed you" and I want this to be solved as soon as possible as I am paying heavy fees every month for other services and I did not start working yet.

I need urgent and efficient reply.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback and we apologize that you have not received your EIN yet. However, you need to take this issue up directly with the IRS at this point. We are not sure why the IRS has not faxed us back the approved document.. However, due to the US privacy laws, we cannot contact the IRS on your behalf to resolve the issue. In our experience, not having a Social Security Number is a factor. We have faxed your application to the IRS 3 times (November 7, December 9 and March 2, 2020) for you and we have emailed you (January 22, 2020) IRS Office addresses and phone numbers so you can contact them directly and to get this resolved. We have also been unable to contact you to further discuss because the phone number you provided in your order was not a valid phone number.

As far as your LLC formation, you submitted your order on October 29, 2019 and we emailed you on November 3, 2019 letting you know that the LLC was complete and your documents were available in your dashboard. This was 10 days sooner than the Estimated Formation Date we gave you at the time you placed your order.

I searched on google and I lended on zen business to form my LLC. I placed order and provided them all documents and paid them all fees. After that they told me wait till 27th and your LLC will be ready. My order placed date was 4th of February 2020.
Before 2 days I inquired about status and they want more information to form a company. SO what they did in this 21 days?
I tried to talk with them but they are not replying with me.

I was double charged for the set up of my business. One $248 charge, and one $249 charge. In trying to contact ZenBusiness, both via chat and via the Service@ email address, I received no response.

As we discussed during our phone conversation, $248 was for your LLC and $249 was for your DBA… which included all of the fees we had to pay directly to the state of OH. Your LLC was completed earlier this week and your DBA was completed today… a week earlier than the date we estimated at the time of your purchase. I hope the compromise we agreed to and the results we delivered more than met your expectations!

I asked in November of 2019 to cancel the subscription as I haven't used the service since I started it in September of 2019 and I was given a response stating that I have to remove an Agent from my filing, I was given no other instructions and have been charged for the last 4 months. I have spent $360 on a service that I don't know how to cancel and the website makes it impossible to find an option to do so.

The reason we requested this before you could cancel is that we were were required to continue to provide you a service until we were removed from the state records. So far, so bad. Filed with ZenBusiness out of excitement and convenience to get my business up and running as soon as possible. At the time I set up my contract with ZenBusiness, they told me the domain name that I wanted was not available, so I moved forward with a less desirable domain name. Since then, I’ve been working with *** to obtain the domain that I wanted all along and have tried reaching out to ZenBusiness multiple times with no response. Now all of my contracts will be filed with the wrong info, hundreds of dollars down the drain, all because they didn’t want to take the extra step of securing the domain name I wanted OR respond to my requests in a timely manner. If you’re looking for convenience, go with *** or a more credible company. If you’re looking to save a buck, most of the services offered here are all things you can do yourself for much less money. It’s too soon to use the word “SCAM” but that’s sure what this feels like.

They charged my credit card twice in Jan 2019. Then when I went search online nothing was found. Then I wrote to the state and they mailed a hard copy that LLC was never found.

Need them to reimburse both fees.

We charged you a total of $210… $100 for the Wyoming state fees (which we paid to Wyoming on your behalf) and $110 for the registered agent service.On February 11, 2019 we emailed you letting you know that your order had been completed and that you could go to your Zenbusiness dashboard to get your WY Articles of Organization. The document also reflected that we provided you with Registered Agent service. I have also checked on the State of Wyoming website and it reflected that Shealth LLC is still active, in good standing, and we were still providing Registered Agent service.We have emailed you the WY Articles of Organization dated Feb 11, 2019, sent you the link to the Wyoming Secretary of State website to assist you in finding your LLC online and attempted to call you. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please let us know.

Ordered the premium package to form my buisness llc. Was supposed to get it fairly quick. But now has been way past the delivery date. And still have multiple things not filed or even processed. Awful experience. And I'm wanting a full refund as nothing has even changed since the day I purchased.

Unfortunately Florida has one of the longest State processing times of any State… over 2 weeks We submitted your LLC to the State on November 8th and received it back from them on November 24th. We had all documents uploaded to your dashboard and all of the services on you order activated by your delivery date of November 25th. We strive to beat the delivery date we communicate to our customers, but sometimes there are unexpected delays in the process.

When I initially created my business, I didn't know what I was doing and didn't have anyone to help me understand how to go about everything correctly--at the time ZenBusiness seemed like a great platform! In the past year, I've since learned more about the process of establishing a business and have hired an accountant who informed me that ZenBusinesses services are somewhat of a scam--it cost $10/year to fill out a form and file with the Secretary of State, but Zenbusiness charges $10/month to create the business, and do nothing else. They do not offer a way to cancel the service on their site, or delete your card information. I tried to cancel earlier this year, and had a support rep inform me that if I canceled, my business filing would be withdrawn. I kept my ZB account out of fear of losing my business filing, thinking that at least they were taking care of keeping things filed; however I just realized today that my periodic filing report was never submitted. This is the service I had understood ZB to be charging me for, but they did not file, and didn't even notify me that was necessary before the August filing period. This business is taking advantage of small business owners, sucking money from their pockets, and fear-mongering to keep ignorant people like myself from canceling. In total, I've paid $150 to ZenBusiness, and a $50 late fee for negligence and ignorance to re-file myself, and if I had just gotten an accountant and had help to file on my own in the beginning, it would have been $10 total.

There is no way for us to withdraw your business because once it is formed it is in control of the members/managers of the entity. The support agent was saying that you needed to remove us as the registered agent on your entity with the State to be able to cancel the Registered Agent service you had with us. The reason we did not file your periodic report was because you had not purchased our Worry Free Guarantee service, which would have covered that.

I apologize that you did not have a clearer understanding of the services you purchased… we have reviewed and made changes to our online material to better clarify going forward. I procured this company's service to help form a LLC. I submitted my order to them on Oct 4, 2019. They said it takes 3-4 weeks. When I inquired on Nov 8, 2019, I was told that the State was holding up the process. Called the State Dept & waas told that the paperwork had only been submitted to them on Nov 6, 2019 and it would take 5-7 business days from the time they received it. So what happened between Oct 4 - Nov 6? This is a complete scam.

ZenBusiness seemed like it would be a great service, however their website was very unclear when it came to adding members of the LLC. I was creating an LLC with 2 members - myself and 1 other party. I had already input all of my info, so when the website asked me to input additional members, I wasn't sure if I'd need to input my info again or not. I did it to be safe, but then it had my name listed twice under LLC members. So I then went back and deleted my input, and the website then correctly listed my name only once under LLC members. However when the articles of organization were filed, lo and behold, my name was not listed as an LLC member.
I called ZenBusiness to see what they could do about this issue and they were unwilling to correct it and file an amendment without charging additional fees. Now I have to file an amendment with the state, and the $100 rush fee I paid to ZenBusiness is completely wasted since it'll take up to 2 weeks for the amendment to be filed.
Very poor experience with ZenBusiness.
