received Ms. *** day written notice on March 21, (enclosed), Zender
responded to her notice (enclosed)
When the *** had not paid their April
rent, they were contacted by our office to pay the rent or court action would
be takenMs*** *** began yelling and screaming that she had vacated the
apartment in the latter part of March and that the keys were left in the
apartmentWe checked the apartment on April 16, 2014, and found a building entrance key but there
was not an apartment key so the locks had to be changed
An inspection was performed on the apartment
on Apr1116, (enclosed)As you can see by the inspection
and the pictures, the apartment was left dirty
The amount of $(ledger enclosed) remains due and owing
