Review: Company rented to my company (Pro-MSP) a product that did not work as expected. Product was returned to the company as they requested. My security deposit of $1999 was promised to be returned promptly, that was 9 months ago. I have several emails indicating they are "processing" and an accounting statement that shows check approved/issued, but then reversed. Company is not responding to my requests for informationDesired Settlement: I want my security deposit returned.
Review: We requested a 30 day demo for a Zenith Tiger Cloud Server/Service - May 17th 2013A deposit of $2498 was charged the day we accepted order. June 18th 201327 days into the 30 day trial we finanally recieved the unit. We called immediately to return and ask for deposit back as there was no way we could have tested unit fully in 30 days. We immediately shipped unit back to Zenith and have recieipt of return.Since June 18th 2013 we have been trying to work with Zenith staff and management listed below on getting OUR MONEY BACK with NO success as of 11.15.2013All we have gotten and shown in pictures are excuses and deflection on money owed to us. Review: Zenithinfotech has owed my company a refund of over $10,000 for over 3 years now. Everytime I ask them to update me on the status of my refund, they tell me all they know is that they have requested the check. I have asked that they put me in touch with management and anyone else that could help me, but have received no resolution. Obviously, at this point, I feel they are stealing my $10,000 and have no intention of giving it back. We had ordered some faulty back ups from them and returned them. They do acknowledge that they owe us the money. They just refuse to pay it. Every month the same answer " we have requested a check for your refund" Be careful of doing business with this company. If you return something, don't expect to get your money back.I have many emails from Zenith supporting my claim to a refund. I fear they are going to file bankruptcy and that is why they won't pay us. Beware.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of what is owed my company along with interest for holding onto my money for years.
