Review: I arrived for early bird parking at 4am. I noticed that the rate was for 12 hours ($17.00 after tax). I inquired with the parking attendant how much more it would cost for the addition 2.5 hours. I stated that garage one block up would allow me to park til 8pm without additional fees. I wanted to know what the additional charges would equate to in order to decide if I would park there or at the other garage. The attendant was familiar with me because I have parked there numerous times in the past. He inquired about my place of employment, I responded with fox news. He asked me if I had a photo id with from my job, I then presented him with the ID. He stated that since I worked at Fox News, I should tell the cashier upon payment that I spoke to the attendant in the morning, show the cashier my id and explain the conversation that I had with him, and at that point they would only require me to pay the quoted price of $17.00 (tax included). Upon my arrival I did exactly that. The cashier was confused and called over his [redacted] who then refused the price. He was extremely rude and stated that if I wanted to get my car back, that I needed to pay $50.00. He also refused multiple times to give me a number to call for his [redacted]. I called the police but they said that I needed to contact the Revdex.com and my credit card company. I tried calling the number of the site to speak to a [redacted] but the first number didnt work and the second number was for a hotel. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge after I paid it to get my car back. They tried to call the business but experienced the same issues that I did. They also tried calling the garage itself where they got Salvador and again he was not helpful.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the difference of the balance. I paid $50.00 when it should have been $17.00.
