My insurance company sent a check to Zenith Public Adjusters on 12/20/2019 and it was cashed by them despite the fact that the check was made payable to Zenith Public Adjusters, me and my wife (the insured) and my mortgage company. The insurance company, the State Insurance Dept. and local authorities are not investigating the fraudulent endorsement of my insurance settlement check. Zenith is not responding to phone calls and emails from both me, my insurance company and legal authorities, so the matter is now a criminal one.

Zenith Public adjusters did an inspection on my home and submitted claim to my homeowners insurance co. They were issued a check for my roof repairs. We tried calling several times,leaving numerous messages,they have not returned any of our calls. This company is very unprofessional and need to be investigated for fraudulent practices.They are not trustworthy:What should our next step be to get what is owed to us ?This has been since 5/19,it is now 9/19

I contacted Dry space for a estimate of repair about a rook leaf that damage my home in August 2018. The person that came out said they have a adjuster division that would handle my claim for me. He said they have worked with my home owners insurance previously and this would be a painless process. (it is has very painful). They filed my claim and the adjusters came out. Then the contact became less and less with Zenith. They have now received a check from home owners insurance over a month ago but they are not answering the phone and have not returned my numerous calls. My home has mildew and a open ceiling and they appeared to disappeared with the check to fix my home.

My mother, *** aged 82, contracted with this company for their service as adjusters when she had damage to her roof during a storm. The company received the insurance settlement, deposited the check into their bank account, and issued my mother their business check.
The check was returned due to NSF. She contacted the company twice and has not gotten any response.

I hired this company to assist me with recovering funds from *** Insurance to finish my kitchen. The contract stated they retain 25 percent they retained more with no breakdown on how the arrived to that number nor did they call me to advise me where they were in the process or how to recoop my depreciation on the insurance claim. The only time they would reach out to me is when I would email or call. When this company received the check from the insurance company they did not contact me to tell me they resolved my issue I only discovered a check was issued by going online to my *** account and seeing that they settled. I called zenith and they gave my the run around and then cut me a check after I called again and complained which was a month after they got the funds. Zenith mailed me a check with no information or follow up email nor any phone call of how they arrived at that number. Bad communication and sloppy company that and I hope all involved have the proper licenses to do business as a public adjuster.

I am rejecting this response because:
They just sent out the papers regarding the claim 2 days ago after they got my complaint. This is a very unprofessional company that still shorted me money and does not belong having a business license to help people recoup from the insurance company. They were all for them selves and put my claim to the side after they found out I was not getting much more from the insurance company and did not go to bat for me.

We represent all clients at will. The client was not happy with an offer received from her insurer, ***. After assistance from our firm the estimate from LMI increased over 35%. I believe this to be a good result. Our firm owes no money to the complainant. An accounting of all has been sent to her as she requested. I am most unsure why there is confusion around the amount of money owed???
