Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: this issue of rodents getting into Attic happened ONLY after the roof replacement was done by Zenith RoofingWe didn't have this problem since the house was built in and suddenly, this issue comes up right after the roof was replacedThe roof is a not laid properly and might cause a major health issue/harm, since rodents have already got into attic I'll follow up with City Health Officials, since this is a NEW issue that has come up after the roof was installed by Zenith Roofing. The Pest Control have checked and mentioned that this problem is due to more than fourteen(14) gaps gaps between masonry/woodwork and the NEW roofHow can suddenly the rodents get in into the attic ? The only thing that has happened was a NEW rood was laid incorrectly by Zenith RoofingThis issue of a new roof install and rodents getting in AFTER this was installed are RELATED and is this is the root causeThe gaps need to be plugged so that rodents cannot enter into the attic - there were NO entry/exit points in the roof BEFORE the roof was installed. I want Zenith Roofing to fix the issue and inspected itI will have City Health officials also inspect it after the required repairs are completed

We were also asked to replace some stone in his retaining wall since we were already there.  As a curtesy some of these services were provided at no cost. However, to come back to us after more than a year later to request additional uncontracted services is not something we can accomodate.  We find it unfortunate that more than a year later, an otherwise satisfied client, would feel the need to reach out to the Revdex.com over something unrelated to our contractual agreements.   Zenith Roofing Services is a preferred contractor of most major insurance carriers and always strives for the best in customer service.    Thank You, [redacted]
