Review: I purchased an iphone 6 from the company in Oct 2015 and paid the relevant fee to have the Phone unlocked (At total of $660 was paid for the Phone and the unlocking fee). At the time of the transaction the representative told me that the phone would be unlocked within 6 hrs. It is now over a month and the phone is still locked. As I live outside the US I am not able to visit the store in person. I have made multiple calls and emails to the company most of which goes unanswered. I last got through to them on November *, 2015 and the person who answered said he was unable to help as he was not employed to that location and I should call back the following day. I did call back the following day and the phone rang without any answer. I also sent an email but got no reply.Desired Settlement: If the company is not able to unlock the phone as promised then I would like my money refunded and I will return the phone to them. Without being unlocked the phone is useless to me.
