I placed an order in Nov. 2018 that I never received .My bank was charged at that time.Attempt to contact them by phone and email have gone unanswered
On Nov 27 2018 I ordered 2 bottles of 300mg cbd gummies and 1 tube of cbd topical cream. My bank was charged $82.62 on Dec. 3 2018. The order# is *** .On Jan 5 2019 I sent an email inquiring abot the status of my order. The next day I received a message on my home phone from someone at zenna apologizing for the delay my items were back ordered at for my inconvenience they would send me an additional bottle of gummies and they expected my order to ship soon.I also received an email asking me to contact customer service. Unfortunately I dont remember the womans name and no longer have the message. On Feb 25 2019 I recieved an email thay said myorder was complete and being shipped. On March 2 2019 I received 1 bottle of the gummies and nothing else. Since then I have made multiple attempts to contact the company. My emails are not going through, being told they are undeliverable, and my messages left on their customer service voicemail have not been returned. I just want them to fill my order or refund my money. Again, the order# is

Fulfillment of my order or a complete refund.

I was contacted by the company on 3/19/2019 and told that my items were being shipped today and they would provide me with a tracking number. I have not yet received the tracking number.

Product not received; phone messages not returned.
On 1/3/19 I spoke to company - was promised free trial of oil & and gummies - then monthly oil for $34.43. Never redeeived trial oil. Repeateed calls - w/ship trial oil - never received. On 2/3/19 charge for $34.43 processed - no produce received and repeated phone messages not returned.

Desired Outcome

I want the oil -or a refund of $34,43 plus $1.03 foreign transaction fee charged to my card. It was my understanding this was a produce made in USA.

I have been contacted by customer service mgr who took care of my issues and delivered the product. Seems there were internal issues in process of being addressed. My complaint has been satisfactorily resolved.

I ordered product, 6 items, totaling $161.96. None of the items were received. They claim they cannot find my order. I've made SEVERAL ATTEMPTS to contact them, via email and phone and they refuse to help, claiming they can't find an order with my name even after I've provides a copy of receipt order which was emailed to me from them and a bank statement showing the funds removed from my account.
There is no one to speak with. Just keep sending me GENERIC email responses to contact customer service #, and CS saying they can't provide any info. Tell you to contact COMPANY again. And it JUST keeps going back and FORTH.
Companies THAT don't PROVIDE ANYONE to speak with are ILLEGITIMATE!

Refund I want my money back! This was spent to remedy my health. I'm an extremely poop person and was hoping for a positive experience with this COMPANY.

Her order processed and then was on back order for a couple of weeks. Her order then was shipped out December 12th, 2018.
