The money already left from our account and it should have in your account since you have charged back

We have refunded the customer .I have attached the refund receipt for the reference

Probably you don't seem to understand if your bank has not given you the money your bank is ripping you off and no matter you tell every body or any body it does'nt make a difference simply because we have enough proof to prove that your money has left our account.We have statements to prove that the money was taken out of our accountThere has been no documentation sent to us, besides if there was documentation pending than why was money taken out of our account.Your allegations are baseless and are been made based on incorrect and inappropriate informationIf you need your money back you need to talk to your bank or file a compliant against them or talk to your friends who have charged back in the past they will tell you the processThank You

We are trying to refund the customer but not able to it because customer already called his back and charged back. Hence he already received his money.

We are not able to refund the customer because he called his bank and charged back, hence he customer will receive the money. Thank You

I am rejecting this response because:I will explain this again since you can't seam to understand. My bank does not have my money so therefore I have not gotten my money...

back yet. My bank is waiting on you to respond to the letter they sent you. They have to make sure that you did not deliver my engine. So until your company sends my bank a letter back telling them that you did not send me an engine this will continue. I will not receive my money back until they are sure I did not get my engine. Do you understand if you don't send a letter it could drag on for two to three more months. I need my money back now so I can get another engine. You can count on me telling everyone I know not to do business with your company.
