After hearing the issues the current engine was having, it was
suggested it would be more economical to replace itThe customer, against our
advise, bought a $engine at a wrecking yardMany parts were missing and
the customer was advised of thatHe was also advised that other parts needed
to be purchased, costing $He agreed to that was to come here and pay
$150, which he never didThe old motor was removed and became a donor for
parts missing in the purchased motorOnce installed, the engine was blowing
out dirty exhaust and losing compression, a sign of a blown head gasketThis
could not be seen until installedThe customer contacted the wrecking yard he
purchased the engine and they at first wanted us to pull out or rebuild it, yet
no one stated they would pay the additional cost of doing thisThis actually
was changing our original contract with the customer which was to pull out the
old engine and put in the new oneThen the wrecking yard stated it was our
fault and wouldn't pay the customerThe customer even copied negative reviews
of this wrecking yard, after he purchased the engine.A letter requesting payment with a copy of the work

he text he was sending a tow truck to pick up the vehicleHe was advised

a tow truck come with payment, which never happened. On April 26, 2017, a 2nd notice of Possessory lien
foreclosure was mailed certified mail, but was returned "Refused".For weeks prior to May 9, 2017, ads were placed in a
public forum advising of the pending sale of the vehicleOn May 9, 2017, as
outlined in the Possessory Lien Foreclosure, the vehicle was sold to the
highest bidder, which was less than what was owedThe KBB fair condition value
