Review: On its website, Zenobia (nutsonthenet.com) currently advertises free [redacted] shipping on all orders. When I called today to check on the status of an order, I was informed they do not [redacted] ship, and haven't for a while. Instead they rely on United States Postal Service. Not only does this mean they are advertising their offerings falsely, it also means I am not receiving my goods in time.Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund and want to be able to keep the product. It's arriving too late in time for me to use it for its intended purposes as a gift, but I don't believe I should have to go through the hassle of return-shipping since they so obviously don't honor their own shipping policies.
