Review: I recently purchased a glass screen protector for a cell phone on 4/9/15 in the amount of $44.45 from Zeosdirect.com (Zeos Global LLC). The protector did not fit my device properly even though it was purchased with the advise of their employee. I then contacted the business asking for an exchange to which they agreed. They advised me to buy a different model as a separate transaction and then to send the previous purchase in for a refund. I have a chat transcript that documents all of this. I followed their advise and purchased the second screen protector, on 4/20/15, for the identical amount of $44.45 which they did send out. However, I have been repeatedly trying to contact them so I can send the original purchase in for my refund to which they have not responded. They have ignored all of my attempts to complete the return. I have emailed and called them repeatedly to no avail since 5/1/15. There seems to be no one at the business to communicate with whatsoever which is quite frustrating.Desired Settlement: I would like to send the item back for a full refund in the amount of $44.45. They have already agreed to this, to which I can produce evidence via chat transcript on 4/20/15.
