Zepeda Construction

This company was recommended by our insurance carrier to replace our roof from hail damage two years ago. Within 6 months we started having issues with one area of leaking. We contacted our insurance company to have them one look and contact Andreas Z. and then after no response we contacted him ourselves. It took several weeks to connect with him and when he finally came and looked he suggested additional flashing in the valley at An additional cost of $700 to us. Our insurance company paid him $8700 for a new roof in 2014. When I suggested the flashing (which was invoiced for and paid for originally) should have been done originally, he stated he only warranties his roofs for one year. So $8700 gets you one year warranty with this guy even though the leaking started almost immediately. It took him a year to get over here and actually look at it. Our insurance company will never suggest him again and unfortunately now they have to pay for our newer new roof. My house was built in 1960 and never had a leak in this valley until Zepeda construction did this work. DO NOT USE HIM!!!
