We purchased two Season Passes for the MS Dixie. We bought them in the end December of 2014 and they were to be good for one year. The MS Dixie has been down and not running since then and is still not running. When we asked if they would extend the passes we were told NO, because the other boat is running. We do not like the other boat and we only bought the tickets for the Dixie. This is not fair. We paid almost $200 for the passes and in our opinion we have not had the use of them and should get a refund or they should be extended for the time we have not been able to use them. The Dixie is still not running and they don't know when it will begin running.Product_Or_Service: Two Season PassesAccount_Number: #[redacted] & #[redacted]Desired SettlementWe want a full refund or an extension of the pass to make it good for a full year, as advertised, once the Dixie starts running again.

In July 2015 I put down a $1500 deposit to have my wedding (set for July 2016) at this location. January 22, 2016 I was required to pay half of the remaining balance. Unfortunately, I have had 3 different sales people since then and I have had zero replies to emails and phone calls I have sent. I can not get into contact with anybody, I have since had to find a location for my wedding (with only 5 months remaining). This is the worst customer service I have ever received and find it disgusting that I can not get into contact with a single person. I have tried all 3 emails to the people that are supposed to be my "coordinator". Awful business!!!!Desired SettlementI want my entire deposit of $1500 refunded. I had to find a new venue because nobody will contact me!Business Response This Issue has been resolved on 2/9. That day guest has been refunded the deposit amount. I also had a conversation with this client and notified that we will refund the deposit amount.Consumer Response The company has contacted me and refunded my money in full.

I made a reservation for a dinner cruise online on 6/21/2016 I received an email confirmation for my reservation immediately followed by an cancellation of my reservation. I assumed that the cruise was overbooked or cancelled. An immediate hold of funds (pending transaction) was placed on my bank account. Several days later I noticed that the charge was processed and cleared despite the fact that the reservation was cancelled by [redacted]. I have now contacted [redacted] (starting on 6/25/16) both by e-mail and by phone and have been told 3 times that I will receive a refund and it has not been processed.Product_Or_Service: Dinner CruiseDesired SettlementRefund the charge that was made on my account as I never received the product.
