Complaint: 10032291 I am rejecting this response because: my card was... charge, and besides that, they failed to provide quality customer service, nobody called me, or emailed me letting me know and even then I was willing to place an order with them in the phone and they were not willing to offer me s discount or faster shipping. Manager was rude, what online business cant take a phone order or try to make it right to their customers. Really bad experience. Order placed on Monday and I dont even have acces to the funds yet. Seems they just a small hole in the wall store that don't understand the principles of customer service. Customers are always regardless of the issue. They couldn't even try to help. Seems their business isnt selling much since can't afford a simple discount to help a first time buyer. Regards, [redacted]

Review: I placed an order with them, 2 days later I find out that it was cancel, but nobody call to tell me or explain. They won't honor order or shipping upgrade even after I was willing to give them a second chance their answered was to place the order online since they cant take phone orders. So I guess their line of We are the largest paintball dealer isnt true, Customer service is horrible. They clsimed they voided the order but it will take up to 5 days for me to get my money. Well I run an online store and if you void an order the money is put back within 24 hours. Manager did not offer sn apology or a discount. It seems they just in the business taking clients money away.Desired Settlement: With online stores or any store client is always right, and if they canceled my order they should have call me, but instead 2 days later I had to call. And they seem to miss the principal of helping the client. No incentive, basically he told me I had to wait to get my money since they dont provide quality customer service.

Review: I ordered a barrel for my paintball gun from them about 2 days ago and it was 100$. They immdediately charged my debt card account and I didn't get any confirmation email over the past 48 hours. I called them multiple times throughout the day today and they keep sending me to voicemail. I just want the barrel or my money back. I can't afford to just lose a hundred dollars like that. It seemed pretty shady.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my money back for the barrel or I want it shipped out to me.
