After further investigation into the UPS Tracking numbers and their declared shipping weights we could tell that you were in fact shorted Boxes, even though the warehouse claims that the items were shippedTherefore, your Credit Card has been refunded for the missing amount totaling $We never claimed that we were entitled to keep any moneyWe were just trying to point out that fact that you got an amazing deal! I will never order from zerbee againYou had an incorrect price on items, and although you website states "In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect product information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price." you did not call me to cancel the orderYou shipped it anyways, and shorted me foldersThis is unacceptable, seeing as you were unwilling to refund me for returning the products and my original shipping charge of $I will share my experience with everyone I can so everyone knows that it is risky to order from you because you won't get what you order, and then you are unwilling to make it right with the customerNot to mention, the folders I did receive were bent because they were packaged poorly

I submitted an order onlinePaid for it with credit cardI submitted all the proper information for the credit card security and the transaction successfully processed and the funds were debited from my accountLater the same day, I get an e-mail that they found inconsistent informationThey canceled the order without even speaking to me about it, and not even trying to see if issue could be rectifiedThey wanted me to reorder and pay with paypal or amazon pay, which was utterly confusingThe fact that my credit card approved the transaction and took the funds out of my account, confirmed to me that the transaction cleared the security measures with the credit card companyI would not recommend this very inconvenient siteThey may just cancel your order because they want you to pay by other means

I have been ordering from this company for about a year now (I am in charge of office supplies for a nonprofit, so it is frequent use)Zerbee has provided considerably better prices for the exact same products we were ordering before, and the shipping speed almost defies physics! For example, I'm located in Ohio and placed an order yesterday just after p.mThey are located in Minnesota, and my order was waiting for me when I arrived at work THIS MORNINGLess than hours, and I didn't even request the expedited service! This company has provided absolutely outstanding products and service, and I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who orders office supplies

state that, like a damaged product, a customer needs to let us know within a day time period of the issue But this was six months later, where even a reasonable person would think that the customer has to have some responsibility for things
We have refunded through Paypal "Send Money" the cost of that prodoct, We had to do it that way since it's long past the period a credit card can be refunded
We hope this resolves the matter for the customer

Our original response is accurate and stands. We have refunded $15 for her return shipping. Unlike her statement, she was was already refunded for the product price ($39.12, on 10/7/2015). Because she didn't wait for the call tag and sent it back on their own doesn't mean they should have their entire $156.02 order for free. We have gone beyond the call of duty on this order by refunding for that item and paying her $15 for her shipping it back. There is nothing more we're able to do.

We have refunded through Paypal "Send Money" the cost of that prodoct, 21.44. We had to do it that way since it's long past the period a credit card can be refunded.

I accept the refund. However an apology would have still been nice and like I explained before I do expect companies to sell me expired food and I had started calling well before the email was received in August about it. I will not be purchasing anything for my company for Zerbee anymore and I hope in the future you check the food that you are sending out to your customer and not sending them month old expired food.
