Review: My boiler was not working I called in to get it repair, the plumber came change a part and left supposedly the boiler was heating up. after a couple of hours it still did not heat up. I call back and was promised a return date of sat 1/*/2014 between 9-10 . I tried calling to confirm my appointment and was not able to speak to the plumber nor get a answer if he was returning.Desired Settlement: I paid him cash 600.00 dollars. I want to be compensated for my money and having to suffer through the first snow storm of 2014 without any heat. I am requesting a settlement of 2000.00 which will cover the heaters and electricity bill used while awaiting them to come back which they did not!
