After one and half months, Zero Fee Recruiter's (ZFR) "system" had not delivered one single candidate that met the profiles I requiredI spoke with the president and he seemed genuinely interested in helping, and to that end, he extended the trial period, and provided a beta access to a semantic sourcing approachWe verified that the requirements were being entered into his system properly and so we proceeded for the balance of the trial
While I appreciated the interest the President showed in the lack of performance of his system, nonetheless, the results spoke for themselvesIn spite of a number of consultations on the appropriate use of the system and confirmation that I was using the system correctly, I was most disappointed by the results I obtained from this service and would not recommend it
