Customer came to my shipping warehouse to make a Christmas purchase He only had $cash, but insisted that he needed a one point Bar as well as a SwingI let him have the best deal I have actually given anyone ever
I let him have a one point
Chain swivel bar and a swing for $300!
In March he called me and told me that the extra small sling had rippedHis purchase price was $and I was very surprised that he had even gotten the extra small sling (an extra $value) in with the dealThus, the swing he got was the Airo Plus, Reg $on sale for $plus a Chain Bar for $ Total $for $300!
I told him that I am surprised that he ever even got the extra small sling along with the swing and bar for $300!
Because he only paid me $the additional accessory was thrown in and gifted to him as he certainly didn't pay me for itHe kept demanding that I replace it and could not understand the fact that he never paid for it in the first place and that I was just overly nice to have thrown it in
I was not willing to give him a new sling to replace the one he tore that he never paid for He already had a smoking deal without the extra sling
That was a liquidated item
If I were to replace it I only had brand new #1's in stock- a complete different category of merchandise that did not match- completely different more expensive fabrics that complete units in stockHis deal I took a loss on The # units in stock is what keeps my business financedAfter our conversation I texted him to send me the torn swing so that I can examine itI never got the swing backI got a letter from his wifeI responded with apologies and asked her to please send me the torn swing so that I can examine itShe said she would send it, but I have yet to receive itWe made about of that type of swing We only have a couple left in stockI have never gotten any other complaints about that swing ripping

Review: the owner sold me a product that ripped and was deemed unusable. when I called the owner to get the product repaired/replaced she told me to throw it away and that I could buy a new one. in an angry voice she said there is no way she would replace it at no charge.Desired Settlement: all I want is to get the product I originally purchased to work properly. replacing or repairing would be the proper thing to do
