The allegations of the [redacted] family are completely fabricated. We received the email that they were wanting to possibly drop (not definitely, just wanting clarification on the drop policy) because of the pick-up time, they were worried they would not be able to make it here on...
time. This email was dated August 11th and was sent at 8:00pm. Please note, this was less than 2 weeks before the first day of afterschool pick up. We responded immediately, upon receipt, to their email. The emails went back and forth and were numerous, with Zero Gravity always responding. The final email response from Zero Gravity was sent on September 1st, but there was numerous face to face conversations as well. One in particular was between Mr. [redacted] and I, where the policies were reiterated and Mr [redacted] was visibly upset and made personal attacks on myself being a business WOMAN and Zero Gravity as well. We never heard any of their derogatory, completely bogus claims until they didn’t get what they wanted. Once they started posted false reviews on various social media sights and sending nasty emails, we did stop responding. We realized that it was futile to try and deal with the irrational. We did make an attempt in August to rectify the situation by waiving the September tuition of $540 that was due by the policy they signed and agreed to. This wasn’t enough. The reality is, they are upset that Zero Gravity would not refund ALL their registrations fees. When they registered the girls they read and initialed each policy including:Refund and Credit PoliciesThere will be no refunds given. If you drop from the ZG program you must fill out a DROP FORM (obtained at the front office) by the FIRST of the month prior to the month you wish to drop or you will still owe for the next month of tuition.It is a regrettable situation with the family, but Zero Gravity’s reputation speaks for itself. We take pride in running a great, clean, reputable gym, filled to capacity by families loudly singing praises.
