11/20/12:pm - voicemail telephone response received from the consumer as follows:The consumer stated they received the warranty documents sent from the Revdex.com and they sent the signed document back to the company VIA certified mailThe consumer stated they consider the matter resolved

We contacted customer and told them that we will provide them a store credit

We've arranged for the furniture to be exchanged.It is our understanding that the customer is pleased with our response

If customer brings back television, in original packaging, we will exchange

We will pick up and replace at no cost to customer Someone from our store will be contacting customer to arrange details

I'm glad they have finally agreed to give me a full refund, how ever I do not like how they handled my problem over all. They lied about the events that took place. I am a stand up person and if everything was handled properly, I would have my furniture and we wouldn't be going through this. I want to thank them for my refund cause I really do love that store.
