Revdex.com spoke to Corey at business and the following was relayed: We did the job as customer states on 7/24/The customer contacted us and stated the carpet was not dryOur manager went back days later and checked the carpetThere was one spot found and we left our fans for the weekend to help the area dry for the customerWe then brought a moisture detection machine which found no moistureWe tested with a paper towel and found no water or moistureOn August 5th the customer had someone else come out to test and he told her the same thing, there was no water found and no moldThere was dust found, which would not exist if there was moistureAdditionally, we went back to the customer's and brought fans, offered to move her dehumidifier she had in the basement to the first floor due to the elevated level of humidity in her homeWe also did a couple of area rugs and brought them back for her at no charge as good willI offered to personally come out there and she said noThe customer had been told the area was dry prior to her hiring a mold inspectorWe are not willing to issue a refund for the inspection and the work contracted for was completed
