Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meSincerely, *** ***

We advertise $44 a room and minimums apply.  We have no record of this party scheduling an appointment.

Zerorez office has reached out to Mr. [redacted] in the past week through phone and email to apologize and admit fault in the laminate floor damage. And make sure this get handled correctly going forward to take care of the damages that were caused.
We have requested the receipts for the wood floors...

so we can resolve this as soon as possible.

Dear Revdex.com, I received an email from you and you have asked for clarification on behalf of Zerorez carpet cleaners. They have asked me to provide proof an appointment made. This...

is what happened and I thought I was clear in my original complaint but I'll explain it again. I received an advertisement on face book that Zerorez would clean one room of carpet for $44.  I have one room that needs cleaning so I thought that was a great deal.  I contacted them and left a message that I was interested in having some carpet cleaned.  "They called be back on the phone."  In that conversation where I intended to make an appointment, the person answered the phone and said there was a multi-room minimum. So essentially, they explained, I could not get my carpet cleaned for $44.  I explained that considering what they advertised this was false advertising. I gave them the chance to go ahead and honor their ad but they did not.  I informed them that I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com and ended my phone call.  There was no argument or hostility to this exchange.  Just a matter of fact that they really do not have a $44 carpet cleaning offer. After I filed the complaint I was perusing through the Inlander news paper and I see the exact same add. I have a copy of the add but I don't have a way to scan it and attach it.  If you would like I can take a picture of the add and text it or email it to you.  Please let me know if this would help resolve this matter.

Hello [redacted],
Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. I am sorry for dusting out your home. I totally understand your frustration and I would be just as upset as you, if that had happened to me.
Please know this is not at all part of the normal process. While we did...

drop the ball with your service, our technicians are fully aware of their responsibility in preventing things like this from happening. It is not acceptable.
I also understand we were not able to remedy this situation as quickly as we expect ourselves to do so.
For that too, I do apologize. I value your time, and our company does too. An additional emphasis has been made there, reminding our staff what is the proper and expected way to handle these situations. We are very aware of where we missed here, and it will not happen again.
Thank-you again for allowing us to make this right to you.
I've confirmed with our office manager that you have been fully refunded for the service.
There was also an offer made to send a cleaning company out to your home. I hope with our efforts, you'll consider us again.
Thank-you again.

Review: We had our carpets cleaned in early June. Do to the busy schedule and vacation , I personally did not see our carpets during natural day light. When I did, I was very noticeable that the stairs were not properly cleaned as well as dog urine spots, and carpet in general. When we got back from vacation the basement carpets smelled musty, and zero rez claims they pride themselves with zero moisture. We jut thought we could get the carpets re touched up, but they claim there is a 30 day warranty which we are outside of. We just expected better customer service.Desired Settlement: All we would like is to have them re cleaned

Response:

Zerorez has contacted the customer repeatedly and we are in the process of scheduling a time for a re-cleaning. We wish to have this resolved for them as soon as possible.
