Review: Service (odor removal) was provided on 8/19/16. This service has been provided by Zerorez for the same issue in April 2016. After carpet dried (several hours after technician left), it became apparent that they did not perform the same service provided in April 2016. The odor was no better than it was before the service, as if nothing had been done at all. I requested that I be contacted via Zerorez' online, post-service questionaire/survey. After getting no response, I left a voice message at their office. After once again receiving no response, I called again and was able to reach an agent. They offered to come back and retreat the area with no fee for labor, but that I would need to pay for materials. I stated that I orchestrated the August treatment several weeks in advance, which required me to use a vacation day due to my work schedule. I stated that I did not want them to come back because I do not want to use an additional vacation day (if I even can, due to my schedule). I instead requested a refund. I was told that a manager would have to get back to me, and they never did. The latest call was a week ago.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund in the amount of $153.01. I have given up a vacation day and $150 for a service that did not improve the situation at all. In addition, I have spent time reaching out to the company and attempting to recoup my payment.
